Listening this message brings me back to a couple weeks ago i did a big interview at a big insurance firm by a manager who says he has been managing for 21 years. After he looked om my resume he insulted me saying i dont even have a college degree. I felt so low in that office i went home and didnt pray for 4 days i was so hurt. Only to get another call at another big company did the interview and passed and offered the position. So even though that man insulted me i got a better position at a better company praise be to God

Just know that degrees are commendable but does not equate to being capable of executing on the job. I had managed so many degree holding “professionals” that were clueless for their position and in the end got replaced by people with the desire to learn and put forth the effort based on their embodied work ethic. Now that is what makes an asset to any company!

Congratulations on your new position!!! You have to understand that his behavior is how he feels about himself and how he can’t succeed...just because he has been there all of those years does not mean he is happy or successful. It seems like a great indicator of where his heart is 😕. You seem to still be in the same line of work-who knows, the Lord may have you cross paths with him again for a bit of lesson/humility for him. Pray for him.

The people I work with have degrees but lack empathy, professionalism and seems to only to look out for themselves. Lacks self awareness.Very entitled. Degrees do not change a persons personality or attitude.

same or if the treatment is with words, I send back words to show they dont make sense. Most of the times their bad treatment doesnt make sense so you can highlight it and they get annoyed because it makes them feel like they are non intelligent lol

Being yoked together with people who sow evil seeds reaps the same consequences as long as you stay yoked together with the evil doers. Sometimes being born into a world of Narcissists brings on the grooming to become their slave. I treated them all like Kings and Queens. They beat me down every chance they had. Getting away from them and becoming a good steward and not allowing others to mistreat me has been my lesson. I don’t help people destroy me anymore.

my God, this spoke. to me. I'm not. married, but I'm in a relationship with a man who knows God but does not live as if he knows. God, he's abusive to me and there's always something bad happening to him and although we're not. married it affects and has affected me for so long. I've wanted to break this soul tie and relationship with him for a long time and am making progress, but everything you wrote made sense as to why certain things affect or happen to me too, thanks.

I always ask “What did I do to deserve or attract people into my life,” because I was always slow to speak up but now, I am learning to say: NO and give what I can to those who need it. Also, I feel horrible when I don’t have cash on me to give to the homeless: no matter what their situation is. Some people will sit there, berate you for giving and say “You didn’t see him / her / them coming out that house?” My rebuttal is: No I didn’t see them because if it’s an empty house maybe they were trying to keep warm, instead of sleeping outside or maybe the shelters are full; they’ve stayed the recommended time they needed to stay.” People are horrible and like you said ‘haven’t taken inventory on why they’re receiving said energy’.
