Gameplay video of Animal Crossing for Nintendo GameCube. This collection of short clips shows some interesting and/or amusing moments playing the game. I lose Poncho's game and I have to buy a "priceless collectable" with all my money, Puck wonders how weather prediction works, I attend an unusual car show, a bug jumps clear across the lake, Sydney warns me of a doll's curse, the map screen turns into a meowsical, and more! Many of these clips were recorded from my secondary town of Aja Blu, while others were from my main town of Forest.

This video uses the song "They Can Feel You" by Hainbach from the KZfaq free music library, and I used some sound effects from Super Mario Bros. (NES), Super Mario Bros. 3 (NES), and Donkey Kong 64 (N64). I also used Acedio's Animalese tool at acedio.github.i....

Wow, the Poncho thing was just pure RNG. Of all the "lose all your money instantly" shenanigans this game pulls, that has to be one of the worst if not the worst.

I dont know why, but the ending clip was 10/10 comedy. Moving the icon to the sound of the music with all the cat villagers popping in and out gave me a good chuckle

I think I know why at the start Maple says she likes to stand near food stands. Because in the N64 version, rather then selling baloons and fans. Redd sells foreign fruit and K.K songs.

Yes, absolutely. It's happened many times in Forest. Of course, there have always been at least several years in between (except when the character has moved to another memory card and back), but it will certainly happen if your town has been around a long time.

Hey Jeff, I recall you saying you only play this one a month now. Is that still true? I'm just grateful you're still uploading the GameCube videos, as that's what got me into your channel way before I had a KZfaq account (I created this one in 2011).

Poncho took your 56K bells for just a "priceless collectable"?? Well.. Poncho just earned and rewarded himself "Bells Fraud" for robbing you.. I hate villagers (like Poncho) who have that kind of selfish attitude. I would want to get them out of my town if they scam or use fraud to fool anyone just to steal money.

they are just normal pitfalls but have a smaller sized star mark. They're much harder to spot

I just made that scene to illustrate, and add to, Puck's dialogue. Although, the later games do have a simple weather program on TV at certain times of day that tell what the next day's weather will be. But it's nothing more than a simple icon indicating sun, rain, etc.
