I’m not the healthiest person either. I enjoy walking for a mile or two with my dog. The exercise is good for me and the dog. If I say the word walk, my dog gets excited and waits by the door. I may not eat totally healthy but I try to be do what healthy. Everyone is beautiful! No one can bring you down. Spread kindness! Have a great day/night! Go hug your pet! Or family member!
