29:29 about the period pain thing: i used to have crazy painful periods that were inconsistent and would sometimes last 10 days. Then i started going to the gym twice a week and i fixed my eating habits to have a healthier consistent meal plan. After 2 months of that new routine, i did not get my period for a whole month and then when it finally came back it started being consistent and less painful and it's been now 4 months since that and my cycle is exactly 28 days every month and my period lasts 7 days every time with waaaay less pain/cramps and all of that. In conclusion : fix your lifestyle and your body will regulate itself on its own

SO TRUE!!! I had painful cramps and was breaking out everywhere during my period but with eating healthy and consistent exercise, it makes all the difference!

Keep in mind that this is not true for people with endometriosis or other medical issues. Diet and exercise are important, but won’t do crap if your body isn’t functioning correctly due to a medical condition.

This is exactly why I don’t have any cramps and other problems that others have. One time I didn’t exercise at all, I had a terrible cramp and even threw up for the first time in my life, it was really bad. But when I started exercising again it all stopped and I’m feeling good now!

i spent my whole life (till i was 16 y/o) discovering myself (i’m 18 now) and it was more pleasant than i would’ve expected for my first time, i’ve been with my boyfriend for almost a year, and it only hurt the day after and i didn’t know that it would hurt the next day..😂 kinda freaked me out but luckily i did talk to my best friend and she said it was normal to hurt the next day, especially after your first time, glad she was there and my bf was trying to comfort me the best and made sure i was eating and drinking water. i love them both ❤

@@caitlingill this is really good because your emotional and mental state is completely clean. you don't carry any trauma or memories from relationships. if you do embark on one i'd leave aside the intimacy until you are absoulutely sure and a committment is there because that's when the potential for pain starts. you have to be able to trust your judgement though and if not sure let those close to you help make an assessment about a potential partner.
