Like you can make a kind of study series... how to be consistent, what's the fanda of studying longer.. just the way you explained a whole topic like intermittent fasting in just 9 minutes. You have the ability to explain difficult topics smoothly and so easily. It motivates me so much 😍 If you make study related videos it would be really helpful for me ❤

Drink water slowly and while sitting. Do Fasting for a month. *Every year, for 30 days, all Muslims are required to abstain from food and drink from dawn to dusk and they must always sip water when seated.*

I am a neet aspirant...Divya mam uh motivate me so much ...like harr assignment ke time ap bolte the na bs kuch din aur kuch din aur bsss vese he mai bhi khud ko yahi bolti hu bcoz i m a fourth year dropper ....so it takes a lot to constantly remain motivated...i watch your vlogs daily ..keechu is my stress buster...touchwood nazar na lge ..to mai khudse yahi kehti hu ki apke paas kitni saari duties hai as a mom as a wife ...but still ap sb manage krlete ho to mai bhi kr skti hu....i wish I could meet you and Arjuna sir and ofcourse cutest baby in the world keechuuuuu...whose birthday is coming soon..yayyyy ❤️❤️❤️ Omg omg you read and liked my cmnt .. thank you so much mam❤️❤️

After 16 hours of fasting, can i break my fast with my lunch directly and my 2nd meal would be dinner I. e only 2 meals a day in the 8 hr window of eating
