Absolutely great! Tim noakes got me into low-carb-keto 15 years ago. 5 years ago i did carnivore! He‘s a great guy and the work he has done to resurrect his stance on carbs and publicly change what he said about recommending them was the act of someone who truly cares about the integrity of science and human health. I an very looking forward to this interview!

Started carnivore 12/17/23 , was strict and strong for 4 months and then got wobbly in mid April until mid June. Getting back on track with carnivore. Brain fog disappears. Strength, clarity, critical thinking, energy and calm astonish me. I'm 66 and once I get 21 days carnivore, I no longer fear getting older - I feel its a re-wiring of my brain, emotions, mentality as well as my body. Thank you Dr. Chaffee, your interview with the 82 year old lady rancher is another huge motivator. Sharing this video with my carnivore support group.

I take electrolytes and eat plenty of protein. The only solution for me is homemade rice cakes. I’m open to any suggestions or recommendations.

58yo woman 20 kgs or 25 max to lose. I've had 'fascite plantaire' (excuse my French 😋😉) for over 6 months, really painful, every morning or every time I sit and then stand up. I just realised yesterday that pain is not there anymore. Yesterday noon I took 2 spoonfuls of carbs (couscous grains), and today I sinned again with a few spoonfuls of couscous and one teaspoon of brown sugar in my coffee. I slept a bit because when I eat fatty lamb it makes me sleep. I stood up after my nap and felt the pain in my heels. I can't believe it. I think I need to go back on lots of fatty meat, butter, eggs and water, and after a week or 10 days, try some carbs again 6sre if that pain in my heels comes back. Otherwise I have noticed I'm calm and in a good mood and sleep well. Thank you for your precious time educating people 🌻Dr Chaffee.

I'd love more information on the adaptation phase of an athlete transitioning to low carb or carnivore. How to adapt more quickly? How to train during this phase? What are the negative side effects that an athlete has to be ok with in order to become fat adapted. For example, having lower athletic performance for a few weeks/months.

I came across him and saw Donal O'Neill in a DVD. I have got both the DVDs cereal killers. Will also mention the statin nation DVDs the great cholesterol cover up and statin nation 11, what really causes heart disease. Known about him for much longer than I have known you Anthony Chaffee.

Really interested in this having done some multi-hour cycle rides and seemingly hit the wall and taken gels to get through - given what you have said, would I have simply got through it without them?

@5:10 Lesson to everyone: corporations don't love you. They don't have bond to you or any other human feelings. They will throw you out like a trash when expedient. Always keep it professional with corporations.
