When in Anti-corruption offence the raid is effected, in other offences of various special or state Acts when raid or search is made and found commission of offence by accused, it is necessary to arrest the accused immediately and the guidelines in Arneshkumar v/s Bihar Judgment can't be scrupulously followed even the offence is punishable up to 7 or less than 7 years punishment, then whether such arrest infringe arrest guidelines of Judgment?
