Anxiety can present with both physical and psychological symptoms. It is important to identify the symptoms of anxiety as many a times people confuse symptoms of anxiety with physical problems. The symptoms of anxiety disorder include physical symptoms like palpitation, sweating and cold extremities. These anxiety symptoms are seen in anxiety disorders such as generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, OCD etc. In cases of panic attacks, a severe form of anxiety symptoms in present. The treatment of anxiety disorders and treatmnet of anxiety symptoms is many a times guided by the predominant anxiety symptoms. The treatment may include use of medications, or counselling sessions. Sometimes meditation for anxiety symptoms is useful.

Anxiety के लक्षण को पहचानना बहुत ज़रूरी है क्यूंकि कई बार anxiety के लक्षण शारीरिक बिमारियों के लक्षणों जैसे लगते हैं. Anxiety disorder के कई प्रकार हैं जैसे की generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, OCD . इन सभी बिमारियों में एंग्जायटी के लक्षण पाए जाते हैं, Panic attack एक तरीके का एंग्जायटी का अटैक होता है जिसमे एंग्जायटी के तीव्र लक्षण पाए जाते हैं. एंग्जायटी का इलाज कई बार लक्षणों के हिसाब से किया जाता है. एंग्जायटी के लिए दवाइयां और काउंसलिंग , दोनों का इस्तेमाल किया जाता है. कई बार एंग्जायटी के लिए मैडिटेशन का भी इस्तेमाल किया जाता है.
Dr Praveen Tripathi is a renowned psychiatrist who practices in Delhi-NCR. He did his MBBS from University College of Medical Sciences (UCMS, Delhi) and MD (Psychiatry) from the prestigious Institute of Human Behavior and Allied Sciences (IHBAS, Delhi). He also underwent training at the world-renowned Mount Sinai School of Medicine, New York, USA and Kansas University Medical Centre, Kansas, USA. He is one amongst the few Indian doctors who have cleared the prestigious United States Clinical Skill examination that evaluates a doctor's clinical competency. Dr Tripathi underwent training in the use of transcranial magnetic stimulation therapy from Harvard Medical Centre, which is the topmost medical college in the USA.

Anxiety is usually a normal emotion of getting nervous about something that normal people don’t get nervous or scared of. You are concerned about the mental well-being of people! That’s a great thing about a doctor who bothers himself not for name/fame but for the well-being of humanity! It’s a saintly characteristic! Lockdown has taken over my mental health. I overuse smartphone just to keep my mind diverted from it. I feel short of breathing its my board and lot of medical anxiety after watching all the news. I have currently stopped watching news and We'll get through it together. Stay strong✊ god is with us 🙏

It was around 2016 When I used to have anxieties . I did not even know there is an illness called anxiety and I used to feel I was only the person who is having this in the whole world. I suffered alone and till now nobody knows about it.

I too have anxiety disorder. I'm doing all efforts to get rid of it but results are not that positive though few things are there that keep me going. I would like to mention some- quit tea and coffee. Start taking milk, turmeric powder and mix 4-5 strands of saffron in it , do not add sugar or any other supplements. It works really well for a sound sleep.

On a scientific terms...get your blood check up done... defeciency in B12 and vitamin d... increases anxiety depression and fear....if not convinced..Google it...I also had same issues... Now I am out of it.....

The best way to overcome social anxiety is to feel happy always but if your mind is not feeling happy then always tell in your brain, I've to be always happy, I've to be always happy, I've to be always happy, keep reminding this sentence in your head it`ll help you 100% if this doesn`t help you then you can scold me in the reply section, the main point of using this sentence is to feel happy, if you feel happy you don`t create brain made little little things which arise because of social anxiety now naturally you`ll ask me a question, doesn`t remind this sentence again and again will turn my brain into the dustbin, my answer is big no because you have to use this sentence until your social anxiety disappear if your social anxiety once goes away, feeling happy outside your house or comfort zone will come completely natural, so you don`t have to use this sentence for further of your life.

I have anxiety disorder & all the psychological symptoms are the same as you said. The physical symptoms to me are excessive itching on skin (I have psoriasis too) & excessive coughing. Some times to get rid of itching I have to scratch my skin so hard that it starts to bleed heavily

The instant cure for anxiety is to understand the fact that there are infinite amount of possible outcomes in this universe and our brain only thinks of a handful . A bad outcome can become the means of a good outcome in the future. Just like that a good outcome can become the means of a bad outcome. For example, you lost your job (bad thing). But then you got a new job which is better ( bad thing led to a good outcome.) It's an endless cycle. So just go with the flow and don't think about it . 😄 Goodluck.
