The second apartment is nice but pricey as you have to furnish it yourself. Also, the second switch you turned on is for crushing wastes in the sink & down into the drain instead of using a sink stopper. Love your videos, from WY ✌🏽

Thanks for watching🤗…True, you do have to furnish yourself. I know about the second switch, the sound was just weird so I figured something was wrong with it…turned out there were spoons down the disposal.

I like the second one too. I don’t think it’s really cheap though😅…Paying for utilities would probably bring you to about $1400. It’s not a bad price for the city though.

@@SijuChronicles That’s interesting. I think it seemed cheap to me because I’ve been looking at housing in NYC and a place like this would cost a fortune.

@@TheHistorian.. Yeah, prices differ by cities & states. There are more expensive apartments in Columbus as well, especially the ones downtown. NYC rent prices are just outrageous, but that’s NYC for you.

You don’t have to be sorry. No, they are not only for students; anyone can live there. However because of the proximity to the university, you find that a lot of students live there.

Are you in Columbus? You can looking into buckeye real estate, home-team properties and see if they have units in that range. You can use apartment.com to find apartments as well.
