No major firm allows micro scalping and the rule doesn't affect a majority of traders - Its simply preparing you for live, as micro scalping historically does not translate well to live environment. Also, a handful of trades within 5-20 ticks might be overlooked. However, consistently trading in this manner is not permitted."

The response from MFF is wack. "Simply preparing you for live, as micro scalping historically does not translate well to live environment."... really?????? Well, I've been trading for 15 years on my own live self-funded account, and all i do is micro-scalp, very successfully I might add (it's my main income). This statement from MFF is simply not true in my case. The less I am exposed in the market, the better. Get your money as quickly as possible and run - that's my motto. If MFF doesn't allow me to do this, then it's not for me. They have no idea what they are talking about. Thanks @PriceActionVolumeTrader for the info!

Is it allowed to take profit at 30 to 100 points is it count as scalping on apex and sometimes if i trail stoploss i get out at 20 or 10 points does that count as scalping?

You forgot to mention that with MFF, there is no scalping allowed on funded accounts. Many folks got denied payout from them due to scalping.

I'd say opening and closing many positions in seconds or for very little ticks. Also not using stop losses I think is a rule violation.

I scalp with NQ for ($10) which sometimes last seconds to minutes. Is that allowed with MFF?

I think yeah, as long as it's not multiple open/close in seconds. But I recommend you ask in their Discord, they are very responsive and a staff member can clarify it more certainly.
