Maybe a stupid question... But you removed/desoldered the Atmel 8-pin ATtiny13 chip from the motherboard and put it in an EEPROM reprogger?

No extra hardware other than what you see in the video. And yes it works on A1278 models

QUESTION? HOW DO YOU CONNECT YOUR MACBOOK PRO TO YOUR WINDOWS 10 DESKTOP AND RUN WINHEX TO PICKUP THE BIOS INFORMATION. I AM MISSING A STEP. IN WINHEX HOW DOES IT CONNECT AND SHOW THE MACBOOK IS CONNECTED IN SOME FORM. CAN YOU EXLAIN WHAT I AM MISSING AND HOW YOU CONNECT YOUR MAC TO YOUR WINDOWS 10 DESKTOP. T
