Ingredients:
• Heath Riles BBQ Butter Bath & Wrap
• Heath Riles BBQ Apple Habanero BBQ Glaze
• Heath Riles BBQ Garlic Jalapeño Rub
• Heath Riles BBQ Apple Rub
• Heath Riles BBQ Sweet BBQ Sauce
• Heath Riles BBQ Competition Sauce
• Cinnamon Applesauce
• 2 slabs of Prairie Fresh Prime Baby Back Ribs
Directions:
1. Fire up your smoker to 300º.
2. Remove membrane and trim ribs.
3. Season both sides of your ribs with Heath Riles BBQ Apple and Garlic Jalapeño Rubs.
4. Place ribs on smoker and spritz after 1 hour.
5. Pull ribs after 2 hour and 10 minutes.
6. Wrap ribs with 8oz apple juice, 2/3 cup Heath Riles BBQ Butter Bath & Wrap, 4 tbsp of Heath Riles BBQ Apple Habanero Glaze, and cinnamon applesauce. Return ribs to smoker.
7. After 1 hour, or when ribs pass the push-pull test and/or reach 205-208º internal, pull ribs and rest for at least 30 minutes.
8. Sauce with a mixture of Heath Riles BBQ Sweet and Competition BBQ Sauces, Apple Habanero Glaze, and Apple Rub. Return to the smoker for 15 minutes.
9. Once your sauce is caramelized, remove from the smoker.
