It doesn’t matter if he went over towards the group of boys or if he had a knife in his pocket. Those boys had no right to put their hands on him and once they did he had every right to defend himself. You put hands on people in an aggressive manner you forfeit your right to safety. Keep your hands to yourself and you won’t get stabbed.

Oh, I’m sorry. You’ve misunderstood. 3 separate groups of strangers, including the victim, the first person hit, Madison, all agree that he hit her. Now, they didn’t all meet up after the video was recorded to get their story straight. They were yelling it throughout the videos. So, yeah, don’t harass kids and hit girls, and then stab them after they react. Or, like this brilliant engineer, you’ll end up hated by the majority and you will lose your freedom forever. Not to mention he can say byebye to that virgin hole of his. 😂 byebye! 👋🏻 Out of curiosity, is this a group of P3D0s supporting P3D0s? Get help.

In this case it would be good for jurors to take a field trip to the area and have a look at where Miu was standing. The cell phone video shows approx depth to their ankles. They should be able to see that and put themselves (figuratively) in Miu’s shoes and have 13 figures stick in the River representing each person. Because this is a situational thing. You had 13 people with pack mentality, the psychological component. And you had a guy who got a little trigger/blade happy with his weapon. I’d want to see that scene if I was a juror to give him a fair assessment.

His heart surgery was a year and a half prior to this Incident. Also, he is 54 NOT a senior citizen. He is middle aged. My mother’s ex bf was in his mid 50s when he punched me in the face and knocked me out. When that happened, I did t have a black eye or a swollen face though the officer said he could see that it was swollen but I could not. He just wanted reason to lock him up, evidence. If you just got attacked by a large group of people and stabbed a few of them, I'm sure you wouldn't be thinking clearly and would want to save your own ass. Not many people want to freely admit they stabbed multiple people to the cops, regardless od the circumstances. Most lawyers say to NEVER talk to cops... and Self defense is a matter of the jurys opinion. Would you risk your own ass by telling the cops you stabbed multiple people and hope they take sympathy on your and believe your story and let you go? Or would you be scared and do something you may regret to try to stay out of prison for life while not thinking clearly after a very traumatic experience? 🤔

Yes, Hero Nic Miu was judge and jury who already found the boys guilty of stealing the phone in the court of his mind with zero evidence. He decides to go confront the kids and play cop now as a vigilante He approaches the boys and never asks if they have the phone, if they have seen a phone around or tell them why he is there. He gets right up into them moving their tubes and lurking around them. The boys tell the weirdo to get lost , as they should. Nic decides he rather run at, lunge, grab at the underage boys and hold them there. While trying to see which one stole the phone, or if his violent angry attack exposed it. He then decides he will just stand in their path and impede their path of travel. For this the boys all jump back in fear, call for help, call him names and tell him to go away. Group 2 who witnessed Miu's violent angry attack on the underage boys come into help the boys and tell Nic to get away from the, Instead of take the open path behind, go back to his group and leave the boys alone he opts to pull a knife and punch a woman half his size.

The more I watch this $hit$how, and honestly, I can't stop -- the more I keep swinging back and forth. At this point, I think that this tragedy happened because there were at least one psycho on each side. I believe the kid who died is the one who strangled him and he only did that AFTER Miu started stabbing people -- am I correct? And I believe that is the only time that young man went near him. I also believe the other young man who was stabbed badly was the one trying to break things up -- someone who was NOT threatening Miu. Enough people say he struck the girl, and he doesn't even deny it -- so I believe he struck the girl, who was provoking him, but did not hit him first. I believe one or two other guys started hitting him only AFTER he struck the girl -- which did make him seem unhinged. So, HE through the first punch, and then he stabbed two people who were NOT threatening him, and killed the third guy only after that guy came after him because he had started stabbing people. I cannot think of any good reason why he went running back towards them AFTER the first fight -- and grabbed their innertubes . . . that makes NO SENSE if he was afraid for his life. At first, I was completely on his side, cause some of those kids were so disgusting -- but his story just doesn't add up. If it really were self-defense, why did he throw the knife away and tell the cops he knew nothing about it? Not only was that incredibly stupid, because there were 20 eye witnesses, but he hs never, to this day, showed one iota of remorse that he killed a young man who was not even one of the people that taunted him and hit him in the beginning. NEVER ONCE. Kyle Wittenhouse was FILLED with remorse --and he had a gun to this head and killed a REAL pedophile. This man killed a young man with no criminal record in the most brutal possible way. He really seems to not care less.

Thank GOD! Let’s just hope this hurt realizes that regardless of being bullied - he should have been the adult - he overreacted. He punched a woman first, so he got punched because he was attacking a woman for no reason. You saw the video. The video pans away and she gets hit, then he walks up to a girl and stabs her for no reason. She was away from hIM. NO ONE HAD A KNIFE OR A GUN. If he just walked away he wouldn’t need to “defend” himself. He WAS THE AGGRESSOR. Imagine it being your kids. They get stabs because they say stupid crap? Come one. Words don’t amount to losing your life!

Some of these kids make me sick with their high and mighty attitude; but I have to believe there are a lot of good kids out there. If it were not for these so called friends, that one young man might still be alive. These kids have to live with this the rest of their lives, , but the man should have walked away, and that man has to live with this also, but there is a difference, eand maybe charged the kids with some kind of misdeamor.

He had a few different opportunities to walk away and chose to stay. He's the adult in the situation, but chose to act like a tough guy. You don't take a knife into a situation while facing off with a few women or some kids. If this is the end of the trial..I would vote guilty. I agree the kids and the women did not do right either, but they aren't the ones who stabbed 5 people, killing one. The whole thing is sad!

i am 63 years old, i know i cant defend myself against one person like when i was younger, much less an angry mob. i would have been so scared what was going to happen to me at that moment, i cant fault the guy for defending himself while he still was capable, if he waited for the next few punches he would have been helpless in the water and maybe unconscious. the kids were just foolish to push an innocent man to this point.

Funny if you write a comment on this channel that he’s guilty because he threw the first punch at a woman and that’s not how “self defense” works - seems like this channels very one sided. Way to support a grown adult who couldn’t walk away from kids picking on him so his pride got the best of him and he punched a woman and stabbed/killed others. Disgusting. Who’s paying this channel to stay active?

Come on.. lets be real. Miu's actions were not proportionate to the threat. None of the aggressors had weapons. He had opportunites to leave the situation and he stayed. He hid the knife. Never waving it to warn would be aggressors that he was armed, which would have made them scatter in and of itself. He killed 1 (lucky not to be 2) and caused very serious injury to 3 others. I have some sympathy for him in the circumstances but thats not self defence, thats blood thirsty rampage..
