Really good to see a bloke have patients to show a young lad how to lay bricks, it reminds me of my old teacher , top job mate.

You could see his action improved as the video went on, there's no substitute for experience when it comes to any trade.

It’s the only way to learn hands on is a must, the amount of people I’ve worked with over the years with qualifications coming out of there ears, but have no on site experience or knowledge, unfortunately at the moment this is how things are going, especially with building inspectors. You have to have hands on real experience in this game.

Advise him to get out of the game.Find a job that pays a pention,holidays.sick pay.

Pensions are worth jack, holidays are your tax returns and if you want sick pay go with the right firm. Work hard and invest the money into properties build three houses rent two and live in one.
