Loved the Normandie post card it was amazing and that brittanic model was amazing it’s my favorite ship and I saw all the details from the gantry Davits to the small aft island covered shelter deck and elevated forward cargo holds absolutely amazing

I came to watch for Titanic month, and when I checked your channel, THE VIDEO WAS POSTED 2 MINUTES AGO

I have also been on the Waverley before when I was at the isle of Arran. We got extra time because the crew missed the dock when throwing the ropes across so they had to turn around to throw them again.( I think thats what happen I was younger at that time)

We are looking around for something small and significant to send you ...we are in Liverpool, 5 minutes walk from both Smith and Ismays houses on the front. Might get nice pictures of both places. Ismays houses is grand and back then, ships would blow their horn in salute (White Star, presumably)

Always wondered why the Titanic crew didn't ask passengers if any brought any binoculars with them. Figure at least someone would have brought a pair just to see the statue of liberty from afar etc. Might be a bit unprofessional to ask, but may have saved the voyage entirely you think?

Hey historic travels I just got an idea with that titanic historic society book from 1978 , has anyone researched what the actual titanic survivors reaction to them finding the titanic was, as that was just 10 years or so before they found the actual wreck, like did any of the survivors go down to see the old ship at any point?
