Remember also, the choices men make are statistically quite clear. Men will allmost allways choose a woman with convex, rounded legs over one with thin storky stilts.

Just a quick reminder for everyone doing this exercise, if it hurts after a day, do NOT stop. This means that your muscles are really working to lose fat!

@@miyaehko then i recommend you to push yourself further. It doesn’t necessarily have to HURT, you just have to feel the soreness afterwards!

For those who are wondering, this does work. In six days I lost 3 cm and I've been doing this for two weeks. I was doing her other one as well a bailey brown thigh workout. They really do work so keep it up. Consistency is key and trust me, the results are worth it

@@mikar3yNo, I didnt restrict anything if that what your asking. You'll get results as long as you dont eat taco bell everyday. But then again, my family does eat a generally balanced diet but I didnt go out of my way to be heathly or eat salads every meal. Hope u get your resluts soon!

155lbs thigh size 64cm 6th of June: ✅ 7th of June: ✅✅ 2 times 8th of June:✅✅ 2 times 9th of June:✅✅ 2 times 10th of June: this morning i measured and it was 63 cm 🥲😊 11th of June:✅ 12th of June:rest 13th of June:✅ so much easier 14th of June:✅(152lbs) 15fh of June: ✅ 16th of June: REST I measured and it's 62cm (151lbs) 17th of June: REST 18th of June: ✅ 19th of June: 🚫 20th of June:(+started Vicky's egg diet) 21th of June: 22th of June: 23th of June: 24th of June: 25th of June: 26th of June: 27th of June: 28th of June: 29th of June: 30th of June I will explain what I do everyday: -Emi Wong's Arms and shoulders workout everyday for 10 minutes -Vickys Egg Diet -If I have a time I walk 8000-15000 steps a day. -I do 1 minute Plank and 1 minute wall sit. -I drink 2-4L of water everyday. ( water helps me to eat less ) -I drink Green tea with lemon ( no sugar ) ( it helps to burn fat and eat less ) -I drink pure grapefruit juice every morning. (burns fat)

let's do this mesures : 63 cm weight : 69.5 day 1 : did it twice day 2 : my thighs were hurting so i didn't do it day 3 : 63 cm did it twice and willing to do the third time day 4 : i didn't do it i have some muscles pain from waist workout day 5 : i did it and it doesnt hurt any more weight 5 days after : 68.1 thigh : 63 cm =====> 62 cm upper waist : 82 cm =====> 77 cm lower waist : 105 cm ====> 99 cm arms : 32 cm =====> 31 cm legs : 39 cm =====> 38 cm

Everyone in the comments is really positive, so I'm going to try this for 1 week, starting today. like so I'll dont forget to update! ( btw, I'm not doing any diet) Before; left- 54,5 cm right- 54 cm week 1: - Done ( I really felt the burning ) - Done! - Done! - Done! - Done - Done! - Done! ( the burn was much less then a week ago ) Results: left- 54 right;- 53,5 (both -0,5) I can litterly see a bit of a tigh gap guys! I Highly recommend this workout, my legs feel much more tight. So if your'e thinking of doing this, Just do it! it really works!

I stopped doing this not bc it didn't work, but bc I started to love my thick thighs :) I watch alot of anime and most of the girls have thick thighs and no thigh gap so that has helped boost my confidence alot. I know no one asked just wanted to share 🥺🥺👉👈

it's still important to exercise the inside of your thighs because that area along with the hamstrings is used less often compared to the front and side of the leg. If your muscles are disproportionate then you will have joint, muscle and back issues! just do it less frequently if you want to keep your current leg shape. and chances are, unless you're skinny fat, even if you do it frequently you won't see a noticeable visual difference.

i’ve been doing this workout everyday for abt 2-3 months it’s something i enjoy doing in the morning, I can tell my legs have gotten toner but just fyi for everyone else if you are looking for smaller thighs i would add walking to this workout that’s what really worked for me. even just a 20 mins walk if you can works well :)

i've just finished the whole week! I started with 65 cm (left thigh) and 64 cm (right thigh). Now we're at 62 and 62,5 cm!! Keep on going and you'll see results!!

I did the this few months ago and I already had gaps on my thighs. However, I have to do it again this time for my inner thighs because I stopped working out. I think I am gaining weight. So, I have to maintain it. this is really effective. Do it religiously.Good luck!💕

This is really effective my one months progress I lost 7cm in my inner thigh and went from 54.0cm to 48.1cm in a month if you keep it up this is really good

Doing it for 2 week And im doing 2 thigh workouts Before: Both legs: 50cm Day 1:✔ Day 2:✔ Day 3:✔ Day 4:✔ Day 5:✔ Day 6:✔ Day 7:✔ (My first week is done😄 and im gonna update the results after a week more sooo keep doing the workout guix😄) Day 8:✔ Day 9:✔ (For the 2nd week the 2 leg workouts ive been doing is this and emi wong's) Day 10:✔(1 workout only cuz my legs are sooo sore) Day 11:skipped (red days😫) Sooo i guess i forgooot updating yow guyss buutt of course i finished the workout in 2 weeks Results: Both:48.5 It may not be much but it also helped If you add some full body fat burning for atleast 3x a week so here it is guysss Ive also been doing a full body and cardio workout alternately After i finished this 2 week thigh challenge😊 Gooo guyss you can doo ittt😁 Plss like to keep yow guys updated Gooodd luckk!!😉😉

definitely trying this out today!! (do remind me if i forgot) day 1:✅ thighs were so soree day 2: ✅ didnt managed to do fully bcuz my body was aching but wont give up!! day 3:✅ starting to get used to the burns!! day 4:✅ was sweating alot but great!! day5:✅ day6:✅ day7:✅ phewww one week done but not enough so i’ll keep going ! day 8:✅ day 9:✅ did some of the exercise including other leg workout day10:✅ day 11:✅ my thighs went down by an inch!! day 12:✅ day 13:✅ did half day 14:✅ woohoo!!! my thighs went down by an inch but will continue on overall rlly worth to try so DONT GIVE UP AND GOOD LUCK!!

Imma do this for 20 days + Emi Wong’s abs challenge. I have much motivation, I won’t give up. I’ve been wanting to lose weight for two years now, and I’ve been in depression and starving myself. Everyday for years now I would get up and tell myself I will not eat anything today, and then get to lunch and eat a full on meal with a couple desserts after 😐 Then I would hate myself and repeat day after day. It works! From 58-55 in 2 weeks. My weight is normal but I have huge thighs so I paired this exercise with the other 7 days thigh routine and another youtuber bubbly butt challenge. I also used resistance band when I need more challenges. Will continue doing all 3 routines combine since it's pretty easy to do and yet the result is amazing👍

day 1 : ✅ ~ wasn't too bad day 2 : ✅ ~ my inner thigh is slimmer and I see a small gap day 3 : ❌ ~ kinda forgot day 4 : ✅ ~ my thighs are slowly firming up day 5 : ✅ ~ I can feel some muscle in my thighs day 6 : ✅ ~ I have a slight thigh gap day 7 : ✅ ~ my outer thighs have slimmed day 8 : ❌ ~ busy day 9 : ❌ day 10 : ❌ day 11 : ❌

I'm starting today and I'll be doing this all summer! legs: 56 cm weight: 52.2 kg height: 163+ cm my goal is 45-47cm and 49+50kg 1 day - ✅ 2 day - ✅✅ I did one of this workout and one of the other + I was riding a bike, I think this is also considered a small workout, because I was sweating a lot and my legs started to hurt a little 3 day -✅ I did it once (today it was harder for me to do it, but I coped) 4 day - ✅✅ despite the fact that it was not easy for me, I still did 2 times from this workout Day 5 - ✅✅ Day 6 - ✅✅ Day 7 - ❌ Unfortunately, I pulled my neck and left arm, but I think it will get better by the next day Day 8 - ✅✅ Day 9 - ✅✅✅ Day 10 - ✅✅ аlso now I'm not doing 45 seconds, but 50 seconds. Day 11 - ✅ (I was away) Day 12 - ✅ (I was away) Day 13 - ✅✅✅ Day 14 - ✅✅ measuring : weight: leg - 54 cm; weight - 52.7 what can I say, I'm really glad that after two weeks of training I burned 2 cm in my legs, but the weight has not changed (it's not as important to me as the legs) I will continue to train to achieve results!!!! Day 15 - ✅ (away) Day 16 - ❌ (away) Day 17 - ❌ but today I rode a bike! i tried this for 7 days i drank lots of water did leg stretches and on day 7 i was squatting to pick up something and i felt muscles in my leg like they were stronger and my thighs and a some of my lower leg got slimmer i will be continuing to do this it works you just have to follow through !!
