高筋面粉 bread flour 300g / 2,1/8cup
细砂糖 sugar 5g / 2tsp
盐 salt 5g / 1tsp
即溶酵母 instant yeast 5g / 1，1/2tsp
全蛋 whole egg 1(50g+- per egg)
鮮奶 fresh milk 150ml+-
無鹽奶油 unsalted butter 15g / 1Tbsp
粗玉米粉 cornmeal

Good day, I do not like commercial english muffins but my partner does and she eat it every mornings, I decided to make this recipe because your breads recipes are always quiet, excellent and also with your instructions we can't miss. Apron, since I make these, my GF is happier because she said this is the best english muffins she never ate before, so thank you. For those, who got difficulties to raise the dough or with their oven, try a bread booster (ex: Fleischmann's Bread Booster) because that's what help me when it's getting cold in winter and my oven light is not enough dont have to follow the instructions but just put like 1tsp 1/2 to the Apron recipe.

Made this today and it tasted amazing (even without the cornmeal. didn't have any). Everyone loved it and so it's definitely a repeat (making some again tomorrow). Simple and easy recipe to follow and amazing results.

Olá, acabei de fazer. A massa é maravilhosa mas como desconfiava impossível fazer na frigideira pois queima muito rápido e por dentro fica cru. Usei a boca nas fraca do fogão e coloquei no mido panqueca nas torrou do mesmo jeito. Assei no forno e ficou bom. 😍
