The pool noodle is used to improve cardio, strength and flexibility. Water aerobics is ideal for total body toning and conditioning. The exercises in this video are a visual demonstration of the moves used in the FX-Sport VRX wireless headphones audio workout.

Water, so much more you can do in a pool than on land. Instant workout, jump on in and keep moving. Equipment little or no costs. Best of all water is lighter impact.

I love that you have the under water view. When you are in a class it can be impossible at times to see exactly how you should do certain exercise.

Great question. It depends. First up, these shoes are designed for the pool with drainage holes in the sole. For workouts, a water shoe provides arch support and better stability to project the joints; very important for arthritis. Plus it adds more resistance to increase intensity for those who want a bigger challenge. If you're rebounding you might want to consider a shoe. If you're doing water yoga or deep water, you may prefer not to wear one.
