Urad dal/Uzhunnu-1 tspn
Dry Red chilli-3
Garlic-5 to 6
Small Onion-10 or Onion-half of one
Tomato-2 big
Coriander leaves-1 tablespoon
Carrot-1 tablespoon
Red chilli powder-1/2 tspn
Salt
Oil
Mustard seeds-1 tspn
Dry red chilli-2
Coriander leaves-1 tspn
Hing/Kayam-1/4 to 1/2 tspn
