That $80K at 22 is gravy. Marriage, though, is a No-No because nothing was BUILT. Love is a destination most people’s GPS will never reach and money can’t change that. All these chicks want is a wedding! That $80K would be gravy now because I’m actually marrying someone who loves me and I wasn’t raised to be a Ring Whisperer😄😄

His last monologue in this video was poignant and touching. “That dash between when you’re born and when you die is supposed to be filled with people. Not money.” WOW. Ain’t that the truth. I can’t imagine the pain and regret I’d feel if I held out for a rich man instead of marrying a good man like my husband. When I’m sick, he cares for me. When I was out of my mind with depression and anxiety during post partum, he cared for me and our new born daughter even when he was up at 4:00 am to go to work. If I need help, he’ll drop what he’s doing to be there for me. He works his ass off to provide for us. I wouldn’t trade him for a rich man or for anything else. He’s what I want to fill my dash between my birth and death dates with.

I’ve been housewife going on 21 years with 3 kids. Kevin is absolutely right! 🎯 From what I see, Modern Women these days aren’t ready to be a housewife. I learned from my Grandmother because my Mother was a Modern PHD Woman, married to my father. I watched my Mother over the years disrespect and neglect my Dad and felt sorry for him until he finally left my mother and married a woman who treated him like a King. I was 14 when my parents divorced and til this day my Mother is still by herself with her PHD and lonely AF even though she won’t admit it. Thank God for my Grandmother who was a housewife. I grew up watching and learning from her. She catered to my Grandfather with so much love affection. I always said that’s what I want my relationship to be like. She taught me how to cook at an early age, how to write and balance a checkbook. Because of her my daughters are able to learn from me and my son is able to learn from his father the way a relationship is suppose to be.

She ordered a dryer but every delivery would be at least two-three weeks. Instead of taking the old one out of the basement and picking up a new one on my way home, I just took me and my kids clothes to the laundromat. I got married at 23 and my wife was 22. We were young but we wanted to figure it out together! So many people now a days think marriage is 30+ year olds and that is very weird to me. Why not build a life with someone instead of trying to get on board with someone’s program when they are probably stuck in their ways. It’s a beautiful thing to grow old with my wife who I’ve been with since highschool. She has stuck by my side from the time I was broke as shit from Detroit Michigan and now we live in AZ and I’m a realtor making good money now and she will enjoy every bit of it because she was with me “shooting in the gym”! @@crimsonite1524 Loneliness/ isolation is big business. How else are they going to sell these overpriced condos they're building in big cities all across America? There's big money to be made from people being single. Crazy thing is popular culture promotes being single, sexy, and "free". But when you look at how business works in this country its a different picture. Business is about group economics. Most small businesses are owned by families. The best residential real estate is usually in neighborhoods that require dual income to buy into. And if you have dual income AND an inlaw living in house to handle childcare? Damn you're really winning. The very things the media promotes are the things that kill wealth accumulation. But our people fall for the okie doke time after time.

My parents got married at a young age. They're Jamaican 🇯🇲. I am the last of 5 children. I found out years after when I got married in my mid 20s that my mom hooked up with my dad because he was the bread winner back then. When they arrived in the US mom thought it would be the same financially with dad. They learned that it wasn't so easy. So my mom disrespected my dad for years until they separated. When I spoke with my dad he told me "its di best decision mi eva mek" and I'm happy for him. My mom is like the modern women.....sad that she's by herself now in a big house but yet trying to give me advice on my marriage. I told her marriage is for better or for worse and she is not allowed to give me advice at all. Sounds harsh but my hubby that molded me into the better woman I am today. He taught me ALOT WHAT MY PARENTS NEVER TAUGHT ME AS A WOMAN...as a fearing man of God, alpha mindset and the best Father to our kids, protector and so much more. Just a few traits that I will never take for granted..men? Know what your worth. Women? I feel sorry for those in their 30s with no decision on ya love life.

She is a lovely woman, when you think about it after the lust and romance have settled, it all comes down to the person. Can we have a pleasant time together is what's important. It baffles me that this generation is immature compared to previous generations. They’ll gladly have children but getting married is somehow very horrifying.

It was only because she was talking to a man of extremely high value who is knowledgeable. The real test is whether or not she would take that advice from a brotha without a platform. Women only respect power, especially black women. But every man can’t have power. Most men think the way that Kevin thinks, which is in a practical manner, but she would’ve dismissed those men five mins into the conversation. She is like most black women, she can be worked with, provided that you are in a position of power with her.

@@Dbo_Sports You're not wrong. Yet and still she's one of the good ones. In fact you make a fair point about many Women. It takes a Woman with a fairly evolved mind (or soul) to get beyond the primitive and self-serving part of female nature you have described. And most Women nowadays are not that evolved. They don't spend much time reflecting on the nature of what you've said here or much of anything else. Kevin has spent the better part of a year exposing that in some of these Women. He's actually doing a great service to many in more ways than one. Great comment my Brotha.
