This is a slippery slope, because getting married takes a long time and if they were to get married at 23, that would mean their window - given an age of consent of 18 - is too short. To justify your assertion of marrying at 23, the age of consent would have to be lowered

Western civilization in general is anti-marriage, so look at divorce rates among whites people before claiming that Black people are less likely to be married.

Just so women really understand: If you are 18-25, you will likely not encounter a guy who even wants to be married that is 1-5 years older than you. You would have to go older. If you are 18-25, you could get married...and then end up the divorcee about age 30-35. Because about 30-35, the first round of divorces begins. If you are 18-25, you may still not be wife material, but you are young enough and dumb enough to not really comprehend marriage and relationships and you will end up with a person that is not suited or even completely terrible. If you are 25-30, you might be finally near the point where men are looking to marry. Possibly. If 30+, you are in the bracket for the marriage-minded men, but also, those same guys will turn around and seek out the 18-25 possibly. However, he may also find that age annoying aside from sex and fun. (Being young does not mean you are...great) If the guy marries an 18-25, they might think they are getting "moldable" girls. They are not. Men pick up women who in 5 years, they are ready to divorce her. The things an 18-25 are learning are HIGHLY important. Few women are groomed to be good wives and worth buying cars, houses, and the work of maintaining a good lifestyle. She is equally liable to hit 27 and divorce the guy and try to "upgrade", etc. Marriage is not about being a certain age or dress size. You need to have been taught and trained to be a wife. You need to have been taking care of yourself rather than giving yourself to non-serious men looking to stave off marriage with random sexual conquests and ego boosts. The value of a woman who is honestly a good wife and an asset to a man does not have an age. Marrying an idiot 22-year-old who isn't going to become a good wife and is going to drive him insane, have 2 kids, and take half his cash in 3 years...is not a success. Marrying young is not a success unless you have the right knowledge. Otherwise, you just go through a hell with another ignorant person. Just be of value. Study male psychology. Study female psychology. Study how to actually be a good wife, study what to look for in a husband, what really is of worth in a relationship. Handle your own personal issues. Learn to be feminine if you aren't. Learn to be a gentle and quiet spirit. Learn to care for a home, have hobbies, have your own routine so you aren't clingy and boring, etc. Beauty fades. Money is not guaranteed. You need two people committed to building who offer each other harmonious companionship, support, and meet each other's fundamental needs and even wants. Who are dedicated to the "We inc" that is being created.

Anthony Thompson these methods didn’t “work” in previous generations. It was the only choice. Fewer men had resources and lived with their parents longer as they built their wealth. By the time they had land and a home, they were older and at that point needed a wife. So it was a consequence of the economics of the time, not because they “knew” better. Also marriages with older men and much younger women are more prevalent in polygamous societies, for obvious reasons. The few men with means marry many wives of “marriageable age” and then the majority of the men are left with fewer women, and the age keeps getting younger and younger. If you look across all polygamous societies you’ll see child marriages, even in the US. This is what brought down the FLDS. If you look at the #1 complaint of all young men in those societies, it was “the older men are taking all the women”. Again our ancestors did a lot of things, many times out of necessity not out of knowledge. Our ancestors also stayed married longer, but if you do a study on the rates of abuses within those marriages, and the fact that many women had no financial independence- you’d find that if those women had a choice, the divorce rate would be what it is today.

I see the memes disrespecting men almost every day and have been so disheartened about it. Just think about how you want your son to be treated, bottom line. Fall in love and fight for that to never end. Till death do u part. That work will make u soooo happy. Your love will be reciprocated or sadly the opposite will be too with divorce or breakups. What LOVE u put in, u get back. LOVE really is the ANSWER. I had/have a “trick”……….every time I felt ignored or not loved, I gave it to him 10 fold. Come to find out the reason I was feeling that way is bc I felt it from him first. He needed me so was pulling back. Instead of fighting bc of your feelings try to wonder what he/she is feeling and give it.

A woman's fertility peaks at 24. A woman's physical prime is often 16-23 which is typically the case with female models. Instagram does not count. A man who wife's up a woman at 28 is either ignorant of reality, desperate, or stupid. She did not want him at her best. If a woman does not give a man her best physical years what would be a logical reason to commit to her? The emphasis is on logical. I'm sure you'll tell me how you feel but that is unimportant.
@highlyfavoredkk4324

Speaking on a women's fertility and when it peaks is soooo general. Everyone's body functions differently. This whole debate is to general. Culture and religion plays a factor, environment, INdividual developmental stage all must be taken into perspective...US millennials are taking our time and breaking generational curses. One cant assume my egg count from the next race or person because we all have different genetic makeup...but again we are all entitled to our own perception of life.

Worst part in the whole thing was when she first got on the call she said the 4 yr guy was interested in marriage and brought it up and she didn't want him... Then at the end said she didn't think he was wanting marriage and kids. So in essence in 4 yrs either she didn't take him serious or just didn't listen... Neither is good after wasting 7 yrs

@@jarvisaddison8560 I know it bro. It was all love but I've yet to find a woman who could reciprocate that. I did for her like I would do for myself. Lesson learned, I would be two times richer if I was investing even more in my vision rather than women.

White people are reared to get married straight out of college. They don’t date for 10, 15 years and still no marriage proposal, but you are a babies mother! White women are raised to strike while the iron is hot. Which means that they don’t waste their youth. It’s cultural, white people get married. They will get married over and over until the day that they die. Because marriage is a part of their culture. Most Black people are not raised marriage minded. White women start planning their weddings in middle school. Once again it’s cultural. And for the record, White man like to get married just as much is their women. The majority of them are raised to be husbands and married fathers.
