The chances are very slim. In fact, you’re probably sensitive to fructans! #glutenfree #gluten #fodmaps #dietitian #digestivehealth #digestion #digestivesystem #guthealth

I found out I instead have a toxin issue, because organic bread gives me no problems. I had been perplexed about why some breads were worse than others. When I finally switched to organic, I stopped having issues. It makes sense, what is the sticky gluten gluing to your intestines? If roundup or something, you may be very sensitive to that, not gluten itself. That could also explain why, in places it's banned people don't have a problem!

probably still just a boring ass nocebo. I call bullshit, unless you let me blind you to gluten and no gluten from organic and non organic produce in pill form so you cant taste it and lets see how much of your perception is real and how much is nocebo fiction 🤔

@welanduzfullo8496 might be able to just do a scratch test, like they did with other stuff I'm allergic to, but I'm having no trouble now n don't care, lol. Still doesn't explain why this is mostly a thing in America not in many other countries. I was just suggesting something you could try if you're bothered. I'm unwilling to be someone's science experiment!

In the US farmers will sometimes use the herbicide glyphosate, but is primarily only used on wheat crops and not all gluten containing grains. It is possible that those with already compromised immune systems may have a harder time naturally detoxifying this chemical from their systems, but is not common in the general population. This is why we say it is important to personalize each individual’s treatment plan.

bro you can taste the difference, they have to blind it better by providing the gluten in pill form or use another way

In this study they were not able to tell the difference with gluten, which proves the nocebo effect
