these are such great tips!!! I have tried pomodoro and failed haha , I've learned that keeping my phone in a separate room keeps me from reaching for it + I'm too lazy to get up and go get it haha

Hi Irina, Thank you for the video! Your videos feel like coming home, or sitting with a close friend or a loved one - you are aware of problems and solutions too, but you just need a word from your close one to feel just enough supported to take that first step. Another thing I notice is that your videos feel very relatable since you face problems and you are trying to find a solution for them, and you share that solution which you found for yourself, with your viewers! I think that makes it appealing and the best way to add value to other people's lives. Cheers!🎉

Very actionable. I've always taken the approach if you want to have energy do something energetic. Some days this is not so easy, but I think you underscore this with your Tip # 1 "Start Small." I believe this also relates to consistency, and that is so powerful over time. Awesome tips!

I actually just tried the pomodoro method for the first time last Friday. I failed completely, but I'm not discouraged. In fact, all of these tips are things that have been recommended to me as ways to alleviate the effects of ADD.

It doesn’t work for everyone, but might be worth another try! Sometimes I use an app called “Study Bunny” - it’s kind of like a game where the more work sessions you complete, the more coins you earn & you can “buy” carrots to feed your bunny 😄 it also tracks all your work sessions on a calendar. Sometimes seeing your progress visually can help with motivation. I hope you’re able to find something that works for you!

Hi! I’m so happy that my content has helped inspire you & congratulations on getting monetized! I don’t know the answer to that question unfortunately, so definitely contact Google Adsense support and/or review the payment methods available in your location and choose one that works for you at the moment. Best of luck!

Extremely overstimulated, mainly just because of KZfaq. I like to learn different things, home repair, auto stuff, travel, finances 💰, etc. most of the stuff I watch I don’t put into practice but just consume as a “just in case I ever do this”. The only real learning I have put into practice is getting finances squared away (budget, retirement).

Learning about a variety of topics is great, and I think the fact that you’ve been able to implement knowledge for one important category (finances) into practice is awesome. You can’t do everything all at once. Take it bit by bit, step by step. You’re on a solid path!
