That’s a business district. Nobody lives there, all office buildings. Probably recorded over the weekend or edil in the morning.

I am biased and would say Arlington, but I have always enjoyed my visits to Richmond. Richmond has a thriving art scene which I really enjoy.

@@WanderThisWay Yes I visited Richmond and I was so amazed at all the things that the city had to offer it reminded me so much of a mid size DC I had no idea that Richmond had row houses like Philly dc and Baltimore very walkable downtown we went to a place called the Fan district it was amazing I have never been to Arlington after viewing your video I want to visit thank you for sharing loved it ❤️.

@Classy4514 Richmond has row houses like Philadelphia and DC. They all were built in the same era when people wasn't saying my city has this or that. Silliness. It's called European architecture.
