🏋️ This is the second workout in the challenge. Try Biceps & Triceps next: • ARMS - Muscle Up Chall...
This workout includes 10 upper body exercises to build muscle in the chest and back. It's a no repeater, providing lots of variety.
Warm-up and post workout stretch included. At the end of the video, I share tips on how to optimize the workouts in the mini series to help you build muscle. Here a few:
1) If you found the workout too easy, use heavier weights the next time.
2) If you find the exercises uncomfortable or too challenging, feel free to make modifications.
Example: push-up from your knees instead of your toes; renegade row from your knees instead of your toes.
If you need more suggestions, let me know in the comments.
Focus on being mindful of all your movements. Practice engagement. Increase intensity over time with longer holds, more reps, and maybe use heavier dumbbells once you're feeling stronger in your movements.
