Exactly. Everyone body is different. It's like your fingerprints. This is the reason you see someone lifting weights like a maniac and doesn't built muscles. It's not. Because he is doing it wrong, it's because of his body type. There is 3 body type. Tall slender which is hard to develop muscke and the then you have athletic type and short stocky which build muscles faster.

He still loved those, the thing is: isolation. Arnold loved dips and skullcrushers, but this probably helped him get a good pump without having to bring in the chest or risking failure with a barbell over his head Edit: I just remembered, Arnold, famously was chest dominant, so it makes sense his tricep work would be as tricep dominant as possible

@TonyMontana-os7kg Both Franco and Arnold knew that Arthur measured the arms of all the Bodybuilders who visited his compound. They were seen pumping up using towels the flight attendance used when serving passengers. They were both pumped when Arthur measured them when they got off the plane. Was I there? No. But I did read this information in Perry Raiders Iron Man magazine. This was before he sold it to those who served Weider's lies. As I had stated before I was entering my 40's and had been training since the early sixties. All this was common knowledge amongst the weight training community. You can believe what you want. But I was there past being a fan-boy and knew from seeing Arnold and Franco in person that Weider's magazines claims concerning measurements were blown up lies. What experience or information do you personally have that makes your opinions valid?
