Arrma Vorteks BLX-Testing Upgrades at construction site-is this the best 3s Arrma vehicle? Running Proline badlands MX28 with Hot racing 17mm hex adapters. Gearing down to 15t pinion vs 18t. Spectrum firma motor issues.

Yeah those spectrum motors come with some of the cheapest bearings.. those things cease left and right.. I'm so glad I sold my big rock and my typhon before I had those issues lol.. the ESC's seem fine tho but the servos and motors are junk lol

RCMOE81!! Love it. That long,low double was so slick dude. Looked like alot of fun! I love the short wheelbase 3s Arrmas. I put Badlands on my granite, erratic little bugger. Kippin rippin Moe

I've had 5 of those motors and had to replace the bearings in every single one! If you change them before they lockup, save your self a lot of trouble!

Thanks for the cruising by and sharing! 5 of them Geezus. Good that you know to do maintenance vs spending time trying to get horizon to replace them for you! Still crappy but hey man, at least all you got a good system in place! 🏎🏎🏎💪💪💪🤝🤝🤝

My vorteks slipper clutch center screw backs out all the time. About to glue it in LOL 😆 I also have all metal gears in the back end.

Dude that sux. Why didn't ARRMA put a heat sink and a fan on that vortex?? I had a couple granites v3 3s and they had a heat sink and a fan on the same 3200 as there is on the vortex.

Arrma does include a fan and heat sink but he just didn’t reinstall it when he made the repair.
