Wow! Thank you so much!! I recently fell in love with a big yoga ball, and this routine was so incredible. I loved this! May be the best stretching routine I've ever done. Really hit all those tight places in my hips and lower back.

I really enjoy your videos. I would love if you made more of them not in the pool. It is hard to follow you from inside a pool. Plus I do not have a pool 😩
