Here is a Step-by-Step guide to updating the firmware on an Artillery Genius Pro., Part 2, Flashing the TFT Firmware. I have tried to make this as simple as possible, I hope that this helps you.

Thanks for this, very helpful! Echoing something from the comments below: cannot flash TFT from USB drive - must use SD card. (as shown in this video)

Thanks for the video was looking for this upgrade for a long time One thing do I have to update the firmware on the mother board as well

Yes, you need to do the screen and the motherboard.

Looks like I have a problem with my motherboard it doesn’t see it on prontirface in the usb drive it shows everything is normal and working Why I origenly wanted to upgrade the firmware the printer started to make loud noises on the x axis I first thought it was my stepper motor then I replaced the driver on that motor but still it will print for a couple of layers then just stop and start to make this noises So I ordered a new motherboard and in the meantime also bought the new klipper Sonic pad maybe I will go with the Klipper upgrade then I will upgrade my other two printer as well But thanks for your content keep it up 👍

what to do if the firmware is updating and stuck at 100% and doesn't do anything else? let it run for an hour and just stuck at that screen

I tried it twice and nothing happened. Do you have to push the tiny little reset button too? What does the reset button do?

No, you don't have to press the reset button, just turn the machine off and put the SDcard on with the bin file on the root directory and turn the machine on. Check your version in the about section of the printer.

Hey there, wonderful video first of all. I kinda have the same problem here. My about section is at 3.1.7 and i tried to flash the new version with the SD Card. Printer off, card in, printer on. The screen stays black with the little version text at the top left. Could it be because of the SD card? I have Formated the 8gb SD 2 times now and put the files one there. Im kinda lost here lol

@@whatsupdude7670 I am sorry to hear that, have you made sure that all the files have been copied across and that it is in the root directory.

Sorry to hear that, the reset button is kinda like turning the machine off and on again. Are you sure all files have been copied from to the root directory. Have you checked after flashing, it sometimes looks like nothing happened but the new version was updated. The version number in the first window is not the correct version number. Check in the about again. That first version number also confused me

Sadly, I think the SDCard is the boot card in the firmware, not the USB drive

I did all the parts but after i connect the sd card and turn on the printer it shows "pic erasing" green in black screen and after few seconds it shows "mkstft28.bin.pfile updating..." that is one of the files that in the SD card. it show it for hours and not stopping can you help me?

when i restart it sometime it shows the same thing and sometimes booting and not stop
