Artillery Sidewinder SX1 with Octoprint. No Soldering Iron in sight.

Hey guys,
So I was thinking, is it possible for someone, who doesn't own a soldering Iron to be able to install a Raspberry Pi for Octoprint using the power from the power supply. This is what I came up with.
Parts needed:
24v - 5v 5A Buck converter - www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B...
My Designed case for buck converter:

A Raspberry Pi case slim.

Hi, thanks a lot for this work and video. I have a stock sidewinder hardware with marlin 2.1.1, TFT up to date too. How to keep both octoprint on a raspberry and TFT screen working together with that f***ing serial port sharing ? Thanks for your help

Are you running stock Sidewinder firmware, or did you flash Klipper/recompiled Marlin? Do you know if Octoprint is compatible with the stock Marlin firmware shipped with the SWX2?

I am using the firmware for the bltouch, not klipper

Does the wi-fi work properly inside the metal box of the artillery base?

How did you manage to put the plastic thing ontop of the Ethereal Project board? I think mine didn't fit.

I might of printed it a little bigger but it fit ok in the end

@@DerekMatthews Thanks I'll check what's wrong with mine then. I'd like to power a fan and some LEDs as well. Could I use the power supply for that as well? Or would I have to connect them to the PI?
