Talentless rocking trollops get millions of views on KZfaq and the ingenious, soulful, real beauties like this performance get any attention. How many views over the years? What a terrible sign of the times. God help us!

Great ole song , cut way back in 1979 .... Gamma are a great party band with a whole lot of great guitar tunes and guitar riffs ! Mr. Montrose always adds the pizazz and punch to cut through and get the job done ... and done well . Thanks for the Ear Candy !! ♦️

I was there about 10ft from the stage. What a night, unfortunately for a very sad occasion. Cost me $250.00 to a scalper on Van Ness. But worth every penny, which went to Ronnie's family! R.I.P. Ronnie. Wish you had found peace here with us.

Steve you are a true fan tickets on the floor we're going for about 80 or $90 + fees so for you to pay three X face value and the ghost stand for 4 hours in the heat Zone you are a true fan! I was blessed to get some of the very first tickets closest to the stage in the Horseshoe upstairs and considering how hot it was even up there there's no way I would have been able to be packed in with the other nine hundred people down on the floor packed in like sardines considering how hot it actually was even upstairs in the seat! It was an incredible concert and in many ways I still haven't come all the way down

@Glenn Letsch Bass Guitar Here on the 10th Anniversary of Concert For Ronnie and 10 years later yes this still gives me the chills too!!! I absolutely love how you are smiling how you and Davey are smiling at each other. Seeing that makes ME smile, this performance absolutely makes me laugh it is so good. From what I have read you only had an afternoon to rehearse how you guys were so incredibly tight will always make me scratch my head and blow my mind but you guys did it and in my mind you emotionally you stole the show even as good as Montrose with Joe Satch was GAMMA with Marc Bonilla you guys stole the show if anybody did... a Hall of Fame performance it's one of those things that I'm sure every time you happen to cross paths in any way with Davey Denny or Marc b o n i l l a you just have to look at them and you'll smile with cuz you'll all have that same memory

Warner killed GAMMA. They were destined for history and greatness. Davey is one of Rocks premier vocalists. And of course Ronnie, Denny, Jim, Glenn, EVERY player. They were robbed. We were robbed.

Marc Bonilla who bassist Glenn Letsch said was the only possible guitarist they wanted orb had to ask to try to impossible task filling Ronnie's shoes at Ronnie's Memorial Concert. Marc Bonilla also appears on 10X10 as guest soloist on Ronnie's Head On Straight

I gave this a video a thumbs up, but the overall tone was way too dry. I'm sure it would sound 100% better remixed with more reverb.
@stephengiffith10103 жыл бұрын
YES it is way to dry like opening song sliding pick down the string at the end Ronnie had flanger a tad and echo reverb the dude on guitar is playing some hot licks Ronnie would be proud nice job boys sweet man

okay. I know Davey Pattison. I knew his daughter in Marin. I've been to his house. He is so into hisself. "Hey I sang for Robin Trower . I have also met with Ronnie Montrose and his wife and daughter. Ronnie is Gamma. Davey does have a great voice but, without Montrose it is a tribute band. "
@pottery27908 жыл бұрын
I know Davey too and have made pottery for him. I always found him a nice chap when we chatted and he always had tickets for me when he came to town.

@paulmorrison43385 жыл бұрын
the show was called 'Ronnie Montrose Remembered', after he killed himself so it is a tribute band in the truest sense of the word, with proceeds going to his family. And guitarist Marc Bonilla, pardon the expression, killed it. Played better in my opinion than Satch or Neil Schon at the same gig.
@portcullis56225 жыл бұрын
I think that you rather missed the point as it is a tribute concert, and Davey Pattison co-wrote most of the Gamma songs. If someone has a voice as good as that, and has recorded albums with Ronnie Montrose, Robin Trower and Michel Schenker, then I think that they are entitled to boast a bit!
