It took forever before their music finally became available on CD. One of the best rock bands ever!

Dude! I knew you were a next-level guitarist but the vocals are sweet. It takes big cojones to reimagine a Beatles' tune. Everyone's killing it on this. End of story, that's all I'm gonna say about it.

I saw the spinning piano show in Ontario speedway in 1973. It was the Brain Salad Surgery tour. ELP peaked that year. I was hit hard with his suicide. It’s always about money, the tour with Cozy Powell was a big show maybe he was in dept and had a moment of despairRIP Kieth

Nothing to do with money troubles, he had a disease with his hand called focal distonia, which is similar to carpole syndrome, causing enormous pain in the nerves. The pain was unbearable and would only get worse and in the end would make it impossible for him to play. The pain and this prospect drove him to end his life.

Denny Carmassi on Dr & Glenn Letsch on Bs, and - I think - Ed Roth on keys (can't remember).

GAMMA w/Marc Bonilla were really feelin it onstage playing their hearts out and a**es off for Ronnie here on READY FOR ACTION! Its neat to watch the ESP-like looks, glances+smiles GAMMA send to each other during the set. They were feelin' it, the crowd was feelin it+ both were feeding off each other's energy! After "READY FOR ACTION", Davey Pattison is so into it he yells "AHH YEAH!" and "I remember ya like that one, dontcha!" or something to that effect. Marc Bonilla, Ronnie's protégé, is REALLY into it, and like the rest of GAMMA, did Ronnie proud at RONNIE FEST "A Concert For Ronnie Montrose" tribute which took place exactly 5 years ago today on April 27, 2012 at The Regency Ballroom in San Francisco! RONNIE was a rock n roll Miles Davis, not just in his bold, fearless, musical stylistic shifts and leaps of faith, but in the way Ronnie had an indefinable instinct eye+ear for talent-- discovering + bringing in new musicians into his bands who would later go on to forge their own great paths + careers. This according to one of the musicians on the extras bonus disc on the "Concert For Ronnie Montrose" kzfaq.info/get/bejne/p9-WiLGSxKuWd30.html kzfaq.info/get/bejne/p9-WiLGSxKuWd30.html
