Three recipes for pork tenderloin and pork loin that my family loves so much and wants to cook often. If you are tired of just stewing or roasting meat, try these pork recipes, pork rolls and pork wrapped in bacon with paprika. It is incredibly delicious. Recipe 1:
1.1 kg pork loin
Salt
Black pepper
A bunch of parsley (or dill)
200 g cream cheese
2 cloves of garlic
10 strips of bacon
Wrap the roll with the bacon
1.2 kg potatoes
Salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon turmeric
Black pepper
2-3 tablespoons vegetable oil
20g butter
Bake for 25-30 minutes at 200C
Wooden skewers
Bake for another 30 minutes at 200C, top/bottom heat
3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
1 tablespoon light soy sauce
½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon honey
3 tablespoons Greek yogurt
A bunch of coriander
Green onion
1 garlic clove (or garlic powder)
Some lemon peel
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt
Black pepper
Recipe 2:
About 1.3 kg pork loin
Salt
Black pepper
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
150 g mushrooms
2 eggs
150 g cream cheese
Some parsley and spring onions
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 garlic clove
130 g bacon
1 large onion
20g butter
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1-2 carrots (optional)
3-4 potatoes
Salt
1 teaspoon chili flakes
1 teaspoon oregano
Black pepper
A bunch of parsley
4 cloves of garlic
Mix in a pan:
100 g sweet chilli sauce
60 ml honey (or maple syrup)
60g butter
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Recipe 3:
2 pork fillets weighing 600 g each
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika powder
1 tsp thyme
2 peppers
About 100 g cream cheese
A bunch of parsley
2 cloves of garlic (optional)
Mix well
About 100 g cheese (I use a combination of two types of cheese)
You can use cheddar or gouda
Bacon (about 300 g for two fillets)
3 potatoes
1 onion
1 bell pepper
Salt
paprika
Garlic powder
Black pepper
2 tbsp breadcrumbs
3 tbsp vegetable oil
Place in a roasting dish
But it is best to place it on a baking tray next to the fillet pieces
Bake for 27-30 minutes at 180C top/bottom heat with convection
Or 190-200C without circulating air until the meat internal temperature reaches 63-64C
2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1.5 tsp wholegrain mustard
1 tbsp honey
Core temperature of the pork fillet is 63°C
If necessary, add 50 ml of water or meat juice to the potatoes
Fry the potatoes until they are cooked through
Let the meat rest for 10 minutes
The meat will be juicy and tender. It is important that it does not stay in the oven for too long
