This was amazing! Didn’t even realise the class was ending until I found myself in Shavasana. No cicadas in Sweden though, only a Greek tortoise named Hedwig who loves to join for any kind of physical activity.

This practice fit perfect with what I needed this morning before my hectic weekend! ..I am from the U.S. and grew up in Minnesota, the Midwest portion of the states! Well, we have cicadas there and I always remember how loud they get!!! They also look like an alien creature👽!! ..much love Ashley, namaste❤🧡💛💚

I've just tried this flow (which is my favorite by the way) with last Xavier Rudd's album in the background... It was magical. It was like practicing in the middle of an australian forest. You took me back in Australia, both of you together. Thank you 🙏

Thank you so much for taking your time for ourselves. What a beautiful practice once more. I missed you and your beautiful practices and your beautiful australian accent and the beautiful sounds of nature all around you. It is hot and sweaty there and I am freezing in front of the wood-stove here early in the morning! The cicadas are long left towards Australia and still very nice to hear that they reached their destination! All the best.

Goood good morning ! T.H.A.N.K - Y.O.U Ashley - again from my side. I hardly afford yoga lessons in Vienna right now - and I just want to let you know, that even if i don't send you any money: i send you a lot of gratitude and love each time I feel connected with you through your videos!!! I just read christos message below and was smilling cause it is one aspect of your videos for me too. The sounds and plants are so so unfamiliar with me and it always shows me the miracle of this earth. Big snowflakes here!! It shows me that normality is unlearnable and adaptable to express my real and raw self a bit more each step i take
