The Tipping point of Malcolm Gladwell if I m not mistaken is a great book, too. Along with Atomic Habits , I recommend you all navigate through those two great readings

Another point, as an English word lover, I find it easy to articulate very long words, easier than short ones, I feel the more sounds, music in words, the simpler to utter them. To what extent that sounds somehow logical for you as a native speaker ?
