Louis is my childhood best friends dad. He spent so much time with us even Thanksgiving dinner one year and this was so unexpected. It’s crazy how someone who acted so “normal” could do something so evil.

He doesn’t deserve sympathy but when he was convicted his wife and daughter were only given 48 hours to leave the base. They didn’t deserve to be punished and basically homeless for his disgusting actions.

I'm 34 and just really started doing my makeup this year. I've been watching Hailey's videos for a while now but this is the first time I actually watched this on my TV vs my phone. I really like watching her do her eyebrows. I'm gonna try that next time 😂 but now i gotta go back and relisten to the story ❤ Edit: Poor Brittany 😢 I went on dates in college with older guys to get free food and have a good time. Her friends who encouraged her to go and the one who got the "help" text probably feel so guilty 😔

It is quite terrible to have to go through such loss and what’s worst is that the doer’s aren’t taking any accountability for what they have done to their daughter and once wife. I really do hope the family can mourn her death and hopefully find a way to shed light on such situations. My heart aches for ever loved one she had who had to witness such a terrible loss. 💔💔

fallbrook is my hometown and when this happened i was young but i asked my mom and she said that she remembers when this happened and that they were putting posters up in her work about it. she also said that this happened around my great grandmas house, it’s crazy how things like this happen

As someone that spent about 10 years living in Missouri, I was really distracted with the way you said Rolla. Locals pronounce it like "Ralla" so it took me a minute to figure out what city you were talking about. No hate, but thought it was interesting to hear someone from outside the state talk about it. 😄

I've had a friend in prison for a long time, & his crimes were shooting up some windows in our small village, & he did intentionally shoot at a cop, hitting his arm & damaged the cop's hand. He has always said that he never intended to kill the cop, but he was willing to hurt him, & he then surrender. He was sorry immediately, I went to see him a couple days after & he asked me if I hated him. But even though he was sorry & regretful, he couldn't transform his thinking quickly, so he accepted his long sentence & went to prison. He worked, hard, to be a model inmate, to help other inmates, to serve his community in there, & we'd like to see him get released now, on parole of course, following all the rules for it, but he's not just apologized, but he's worked to make amends in all the ways he can. I don't necessarily expect someone to necessarily be sorry right away, but certainly over time. We should acknowledge that most prisons aren't really interested in rehabilitation, as much as they should be, but that doesn't mean its impossible to change your life & your beliefs, as my friend has done.

One of my recent managers was involved in a situation like this. She was very proud and vocal and would talk constantly to all of us employees about her situation. I would always tell her I couldn’t listen anymore when it came to her being strangled and all that mess. Honestly she loved forcing us all to listen to all the details and it was traumatizing for all who had to hear about it, which was everyone. But I would always tell her I was worried about it going too far. I would tell her please be careful and she was just say how much she loves it. 🤷🏻♀️ I really think people who enjoy sadistic activities need help.
