Quotes from my wife since I started watching this channel: ‘’Why are you using scissors to cut the kimchi? We have a chopping board’ ''Of course you are responsible!!’’ ‘’Why is there green onion in the ice cream??’’ '‘You followed your heart? Its too salty! Follow your head next time.’’ ''‘Why are you panicking?? I’m just deep frying the rice cakes!’’ '‘Why do you keep bringing me beer?’’

I've been making fried pork chops with mashed potatoes and cream gravy for years. The batter idea will allow me to up my game on that part as well as this whole recipe gives me new, slightly healthier way to serve fried pork. Thank you for all you do. You make even more daunting and complicated tasks look simple because you break down the technical aspects into simple, every day language. That's a sign of a true teacher IMO.
