ASMR Buttery Crumpets With Maple Syrup & Coffee (No Talking)

Hey guys! Today I'm having freshly toasted crumpets with vegan butter (Nuttelex) and maple syrup. And because a big ass pile of crumpets isn't complete without coffee, I've got that too!

Hey! Dont worry about the background noise. I kinda like it. I know...weird. but the organic noises make me feel like I am sitting in your kitchen with you eating. Like you got the windows open and we are just relaxing and sharing a meal. It feels....less sterile than some of the other ASMR videos. I love when I hear a car or bus drive by. It softens some of the stronger chewing noises. (

We all respond to different things and sounds...I work with Autistic adults all of them are sensory in some way..they find it soothing and comforting.Even a car ride can soothe for some of them and they respond really well. We are ALL complex beings lol x

Oh gosh, that's such a hard question for me because I love food, lol. And I love and make a variety of dishes IRL because I can never pick a favourite. That said, I was really blown away at how delicious the butter chickpeas curry I recently filmed was. And the tofu Bolognese recipe from way back has been one of the best discoveries (if not best) in my vegan cooking journey. Those chocolate grilled sandwiches I made recently with dairy free Nutella were superb. But these crumpets were also amazing. It's so hard to choose, haha. ❤️

I sure can, chewy and squishy sounds are my favourite. :) I would describe crumpets like a cross between bread and a pancake. They're very fluffy (and crunchy on the bottom if you toast them long enough) and whatever you top them with gets nice and soaked in all those little holes at the top. 💕💕💕

@@peepeepoopoo4425 Yep, I can understand that would be the case :) I've only been vegan for 4 years, but have disliked meat and eggs ever since I was a young child. I think I just don't like the idea of eating flesh, lol. It wasn't even an ethical thing back then, just a 'eew/gross' thing. I still ate it on occasion , but didn't really enjoy it and would constantly pick it out of my meals. xx
