It's interesting because I can remember 5-6 plus years ago when white polish on toes was kinda rare. It seems that sometime around 2019/2020 it became in vogue and reached almost default colour status for most women. But yeah, can't go wrong with red. Either a classic Marilyn Monroe red, or a deeper wine red. And totally agree that red goes well with a pale skin colour (coming from someone who also has pale skin), especially on toes. But I'm sure you'll look good in any colour : ) (Also, not sure if it's your style, but I find that black polish goes very well with paler skin.)
