✶ Brown noise is a specific type of white noise that emphasises a deep, low and bassy sound. People report this type of noise to help concentration, focus, relaxation, drown out negative and repetitive thoughts, and encourage deep sleep. It is likened to heavy, muted rain, crashing waves and for myself particularly, being in the back of the car on a long journey home.
✶ Sounds and music tuned to the frequency of 432hz has also been associated with enhancing mood and alleviating fatigue, due to being more harmonically pleasant and closer to natural frequencies of the earth.

Hey my loves! How’s the length of this video? Would you prefer it around the 20 min mark or longer? Also I left about 2 minutes of just black screen brown noise at the end that tapers off in volume to help, if you fall asleep, not to startle you when the video ends! 🧡🧡🧡

love these videos and this channel so much !! i definitely do prefer videos on the longer side, but 20 minutes isn’t a bad length at all ☺️ i’d say 20 is normally my minimum for watching asmr vids to fall asleep to

I like longer videos, but honestly, whatever length works best for you to create is fine. I’m perfectly satisfied with this length (I can always just start it over again) if that’s the length you’re able to create without unnecessary stress. 🥰

OMG... FINALLY!!!😭 I have typed "brown noise asmr" into KZfaq God knows how many times, trying to find this style of content. I have sensory issues so I have brown noise on a LOT to help keep me calm. I have to put noise on one device and turn that up to max so I can hear it when my headphones are connected to a second device where I play regular asmr. It isn't a complicated process but mid-panic attack??? Yeah😅, yeah, it is. So many asmrtists have near-zero background noise and they just end up making my anxiety worse. Maybe saying I'm getting emotional rn sounds melodramatic but noise and headphones are like my day-to-day lifeline; without them, I'm having public meltdowns and panic attacks so when I say thank you, I truly mean it from the bottom of my heart. Your channel is small currently so you probably don't think you've made a significant difference in your viewers lives but you have in mine and I'm so very grateful💜💜💜 hope you're well xx

Wow brown noise + asmr is something I definitely didn’t know I needed it. You are a lifesaver!! 😌😌🫶🏾🫶🏾 I am hooked. The length is nice but I typically prefer longer tbh, like 30-40 minutes. Also love your whispers and tiny kisses, would *love* to see a video with each and/or both (+ brown noise ofc). grateful for the work you’re doing 💕

Like hunny. I love your voice, but also I've got tinnitus which is completely canceled out by this brown noise, so..Well, I kinda have to love it then?!
