Thats a asphalt milling machine AKA pavement profiler AKA rotomill AKA cold planer. If its digging channels over there they arent changing enough teeth and that creates a dead company.

@@internazisuite I've watched it dig channeling for new concrete kerbing and channeling and I know for a fact that it creates a flat and properly profiled channel - or trench - for the kerbing and channeling machine to move along once the bottom of the trench has been compacted and had debris removed. The council I saw it working for originally used to use a backhoe with a flat wide scraper bucket on the back, and they had to laboriously measure and level each section which took a couple of days to a week, depending on amount of kerbing and channeling needing to be installed. This machine cut the digging time to a couple of hours, vastly more efficient use of digging equipment which was specifically designed for digging channels or trenches.

I can fill a truck in 35 seconds doing base repair.

Ive been trucking for these machines they fill my 20ton capasity very fast. It is a good job for truckers, no offroad or anything bad for the truck. I didnt first believe how much such short scrape of road does weigh and fill the bed fast. Its first hard to get the sense in the truck how far it blow the asphalt and fill the bed evenly becouse you cant always see the thing when its behind and my broken cameras are no help either. Ofc the operator will signal you if you have trouble but better without constant beeping. Inexperienced driver may get very uneven front heavy fill so need to be carefull when dumping it. Its also little stricky and hot and may get stuck when dumping so need to be on level ground it wont drop from my bed until its all the way up literally vertical. We also had more efficient sweeper machines to clean the mess but it wasnt anywhere messy as here.

That will vary depending on what you are doing with the grindings. If you haul them away (depending on how far) or if you are throwing them on the shoulder, or stockpiling them locally, too many variables to give a price. You will have to be more specific.
