Very informative, I have just ordered the Shop Master 72, watched your video yesterday, it was enough to win the toss between it and an American import. I ordered the tilting base, 5 inch wheel, small wheel tool arm and belts but forgot the small wheel attachment, problem is the wife won’t o.k another purchase. Thanks again

Good stuff mate this is helping sway me on where to go for my 72 " grinder .My DA has been submitted for the workshop/forge and I've been shopping around for options in Aust. for the fit out. I really like your idea of putting the motor and vfd up outta the way of dust and swarf, definately be adpting that idea. Im listening to the podcast via spotify,is it just the 4 eps?

Great video! I'm trying to decide between this and the 48 deluxe kits. Do you think it's worth getting the 72 over the 48 for the price?

Heya bro. Yeah mate they are both amazing and nice owned both. Make sure you get the deluxe kit. I'd say that's possibly more important than the size. Though if you can afford the deluxe 72" I would stretch for it. Also when you buy it call artisan suppliers ask for Tim or Cole and tell them I sent you. They should look after you on price bud. Does the shop master 72 do anything that the shop mate 48 can’t do because I’m torn between the two and from what I’ve heard the 48 seems to be almost just as good as the 72, is this true?

Yeah it's true mate the 48 is awesome. And if its your budget then deffo go with that. And it takes up.less space. The 72 just has a bit more grunt and has a longer platern. Thanks for watching mate

Hi mate,i'm curious if the 72 inch grinder, if you buy the delux package with adjustable stand,does it come with a part to mount the VFD to the stand?..Cheers.Thanks in advance.

Hi mate. I didn't buy the adjustable standard but yeah there should be a back plate to attach vfd to stand

@@TobyFireandSteel .I ordered the grinder with the stand and accessories .I just did not know if the VFD needed to be mounted to a bench or to make a separate bracket.Actually a mate also brought the same thing weeks earlier ,asked me where the VFD attached and i could not answer him.It's at least a month wait for the grinder for me and my mate will have waited six weeks at this stage.They sure must be popular..Thanks mate.

@@TobyFireandSteel..I have not put the grinder together just yet as i want to paint it first,and am running out of room in the garage..It seems like everything is there though ,to bolt the VFD to the stand.Thanks for asking.

No problem mate yeah thats the way mate. Also I actually screwed off to the left in side of a shelf. It stays less dusty there, is out if the way but still perfect to reach 👌
