In this video we disassemble the fork tubes for our 1985 Honda ATC350X powder coat the lower sections and rebuild them with new oem parts.

Im rebuilding my 85 350x forks left side tube was bent to hell finally found replacement..the old oil that came out was black and smelled horrible. I use the same powder coat brand i got Honda passion for the frame 👍

I just rebuilt the forks on my 85 250r honda. Full of water and dirt. But they work great now. I would love to show you my trike. Its a cr500 motor conversion. It came out sweet.

Good vid bro. I gotta get my 85 atc250r forks done. Springy like some blown out caddy shocks!! Not good. And I gotta get me oem fork boots. Doesn't seem as bad as I was expecting so I'll be referring back to this for sure!!

I rebuilt my 85 R forks a couple years ago and that circlip is a pain. I bought those same clip pliers with the blue handles for the job and they sucked.
