Van Damme said the toughest training he ever did was actually for ballet. He danced in the National Ballet for a long time and it's the one thing he doesn't want to do again....too brutal.

I always thought the banana tree thing was epic until I tried it. They're squishy as. Softer than a heavy bag. Biggest problem with kicking them was all the fluid spraying out each kick.

I feel like doing this without the blonde European karate guys (either of the Enkamp brothers) isn't really right. Wonderboy is such a nice guy it masks how intensely competitive he is. You can see he really wants to win the dance contest. Also, this needed -- 1) Karate Champ video game from Bloodsport 2) Beating up a sports team mascot from Sudden Death 3) Speed bag kicking from Bloodsport (thats actually a really impressive one) 4) Drop split groin strike from Bloodsport
