His client exited his mangled vehicle with a small fishing knife in his hands. Daze and confused after the accident, he was wobbling while standing in the road - clearly unsteady on his feet. An officer shot him and killed him. The reason, per the police, his client didn’t put down the knife. He threatened no one. Nevertheless, he was shot and killed. The officer avoided criminal charges altogether.
