Hi guys, this is Doc here and I would like to let everybody in the public know that the ES Foot OR Hand shifter is now again available and can be purchased one of many ways. Thank you sir for making this! I'm $500.00 deep trying to make the stupid ES work and it still has intermittent problems. Replaced the angle sensor, shift motor, and even the ECU and still its not working! I ordered your shifter today for my 2005 350 ES. I hope it works. Right now the ATV is only useful as a very expensive boat anchor.

My 420 came with an emergency shifter lever in the tool pocket. And I believe Honda is made in South Carolina.

So is there a block off plate for the shift motor ..?.. It is not going to shift right or easy with the shift motor on the engine ...

I thought the existing shift splines couldn't handle constant manual shifting?? I'm pretty sure you need to change out the es shift splines.

I put a 2016 clutch basket on my 2005 recon 250. Somehow there isn't enough room. I cant get enough play in the clutch adjustment screw, the Manual shifter is a little tight and it throws a code to my electric shift. cannot get any More play in the adjustment screw, it needs just a tiny bit!! Any ideas??

The internals/mechanical linkage inside the trans are weak and not engineered for repeated mechanical foot shifting...only to get you back to neutral when the thing sticks in gear (Wonder how Honda knew that was gonna happen eh and included an emergency tool) the shifting linkage inside will eventually break if shifted forcefully like an old honda that was designed to have a foot shifter.

I don't know why honda didn't include a full time foot shifter to begin with on top of the electric shifter. You get stuck using one gear to get home when the electric shifter stops working on you. Happened to a buddy yesterday

You fit each on on a machine to make sure the fit is correct? Really? When you produce multiple pieces it's generally a good Idea to built a jig so each part is the same. You could save a ton of time. I could make one of those in an hour and it's not as high tech as you claim it to be. As a matter of fact, I just may build one tomorrow.

Built one in about 30 minutes with a 12 mm 12 point socket welded a set screw on it and placed it and it works fine
