Today's Note👇 අද සටහන Cassava is a famous food that grows all over our country. We cook and eat in different ways. In this video, I bring two old ways that people in our country ate cassava in the past. This January is very hot in my area in the afternoons but very cold in the mornings and evenings. So, our ancient people used to make bonfires in the evening and put Cassava roots in the fire and eat them. It's a very interesting method. Thank you for joining the video. I will continue to bring videos with old taste. I request you to stay together for a long time to witness the lifestyle of our ancient people. ගිනියම් දහවල් උරුම දුරුතු මහට හිමි සන්ද්‍යාවන් සහ උදෑසන නම් හරිම සීතලයි. අව්ව රැලක් හොය හොය කදුකරයේ ගස් අතරින් පෙරෙන හිරු කිරණ ටිකක් ගත දවටාගන්න පොරකන උදෑසනවල් දැන් උදාවෙලා. දෙසැම්බරේ ගලවන්න බැරි වුන අල බතල මය්යොක්කා ගලවන්න, ගිනිමැල වට ඉදන් ඒවා පුච්චලා තම්බලා කන්න ඔන්න කියාපු කාලෙ ඉතිං. දහවල අවසන්ව හැන්දෑව උදා වෙද්දි ගිනියම් ඉර බහින්නත් කලියෙන් ආරංචි උනේ අපේ මාමා කෙනෙකුගේ මය්යොක්කා හේන ගලවන බව. අම්මලා අත්තම්මලා කන්න කැමති නම් තම්බලා සැරට හදන කූරු ගාපු මය්යොක්කා. අත්තම්මලාගෙ කාලෙ ඉදං ඒක මෙහේ හරි ප්‍රසිද්ධ කෑමක්. වෙසක් මහට දන්සල් දෙන්නත් කියාපු කෑම වේලක්. අලුතින්ම ගලවපු මය්යොක්කා මඩ හොදලා අරං පොත්තට ඉරක් තියලා කපලා චරාස් හඩින් මුලු අලේම පොත්ත එකවර අපේ අම්මා ගලවද්දි පොඩි කාලෙ ඉදං බලං හිටියෙ ඒක හරි අපූරු දෙයක් කියලා හිතාගෙන. පලුදු නොවූ අලය ඇතුළෙන් කිරි පාටට දිලිසෙද්දි අමු මය්යොක්කා කෑල්ලක් කටේ නොදාගන්නා කෙනෙක් නැති තරම්... අගුරු යට සගවන පොඩි පොඩි මය්යොක්කා අල ලිප වටේ ඉදං දැලි ඇගිලි වල ගාගෙන රස බලන අතීතයක් අපේ අත්තම්මලාට නම් තිබිලා. ඉද හිට දවසක මය්යොක්කා අරං ආවම තවමත් අම්මා අපිට ඒ විදියට මය්යොක්කා නම් පුච්චලා දෙනවා. පොත්ත පිටින් පිච්චුනාම උණු උණුවෙම මය්යොක්කා අලය දෙකට කඩද්දි ඇතුලෙන් එන දුම උල් තොල් වලින් පූගලා කෑල්ල කෑල්ල අරන් කන ගමන් ඉස්සර කාලෙ ගැන කතා කරන්න, ඈත මතකයක හෝ අනාගත සිහිනයක කල්පනාවක කිමිදෙන්න.. ඔව් ඒ නිදහස හැමෝටම ලැබේවා 🙏 කතාවෙන් කතාව විනාඩියට දෙකට තැම්බෙන හොද පිටි මය්යොක්කා ටිකට මිරිස් ගලේ අබරපු පොල් මිරිස් ලුනු දාලා රසට සුවදට ලූනු සුදුලූනු රම්පෙ කරපිංචා චරාස් ගාලා තෙලට දාලා ඔක්කොම එක හැලියක හැදි මෙටෙන් හෝ කූරකින් කූරු ගාලා කෙසෙල් කොලේට එහෙමත් නැතිනම් කැන්ද කොලේට ටික ටික බෙදාගෙන උණු උණුවෙම කන්න නම් අපූරුයි... ඔව් මේ තවත් එක ඈත දවසක ලස්සන අතීත හැන්දෑවක්.. ඇවිත් යන්න ආවට බොහොම ස්තුතියි. මං.. උඩරට මැණිකේ
