You guys saved me a huge headache! I had issues with my car having a transmission warning and then going into, "Limp Mode." I thought it was a bad TCM. NO! You guys proved to me it was my crankshaft Position Sensor. YOU WERE RIGHT! THANK YOU!

I have a 2005 645ci and it has been sitting for a while. Just got it running and the mechanic says it has a clutch less compressor and I need to turn the AC on and off several times because it may be stuck from lack of use. You have any recommendations. I turned it on and off during a 30 min ride and it still blows warm.

If i dissconect the a/c switch will the a/c clutch kick in?.i do i test the switch?.if the aux fan doesn't work will that stop the a/c clutch from kicking on???the aux fan was causing a battery drain so i unplugged it..before the aux fan wasnt working but the a/c clutch was working..now either way it goes plugged or unplugged the a/c clutch wont kick in.any advice?parts are too high..to assume this and that.

My 2005 BMW X5 Aicontrol Unit stopped working. I was thinking it needed an other control unit to be replaced. I just get one from the shop and seems like it's still have the problem, it doesn't power on. Is there any help i can get??? I am suspecting the fuse to go off but I don't know which fuse controls the Air Condition to power the control Panel Unit.

BMW x3 back units hot air come out not even turn it on and front unit cold air. You think what kind of problem

I have a 320d f30.. Like a week after I bought the car, the AC vents on the dash for driver and passenger side stopped working. The rear passenger vents only blow cold air typically and the feet don’t blow at all either but the windscreen vents do blow. The passenger vent temperature can be altered but the divers side reminds hot no matter what temperature you set it to. Whenever you turn the AC on in anyway to only blows through the windscreen vents. I thought it would just need degassing hopefully and the gas was full so that wasn’t the issue, however when the guy gave it a quick blast, cold air started coming through the vents. I thought it fixed it but as soon as the guy took it off it stopped and didn’t work again. Also, around the time it first stopped working only a a week after buying the car. My 3 year old put a 2p coin down the furthest side passenger vent. It did sound like it jammed something a day or two later too when I put the AC on and shortly after is when it stopped working. I was told by a number of garages that wouldn’t be the issue though. Any advice? I get about 10 different error codes when hooking it up to a computer too. Any help would be appreciated. Hello, Can I know where is your garage please, because my BMW series 6 doesn’t work AC and on screen shows-40 temperature nonstop, I take to BMW garage to replace air temperature because was stuck +8 doesn’t matter which temperature is outside, And BMW couldn’t fix now showing -40 degrees and AC stopped working, BMW saying we didn’t touch nothing.

My car blows perfect but I have to put it in DS and get my RPMS. Really high then after a couple of revs the air becomes cold but if I leave the car at a stop for a while the air gets hot and i replaced my coolant hose cause there was a leak but should I get a new ac compressor? I even put refrigerant as well but still the same problem

I would try checking the grill fan is working properly and have the AC Lines Flushed and check the amount of freon in it.. it needs to be exactly the amount it requires

I have a 2009 BMW 328i x drive, we replaced, the compressor, condenser, drier, ac pressure sensor and expansion valve. and still blowing warm air. any idea why it still blows warm air?

Hi, I have a 2017 BMW x1 vehicle. When I switch on the air conditioner. Cold air comes from the right side of the air conditioner and hot air comes from the left side, does anyone know the reason for this?

My F10 fan has a problem. When I turn the largest fan, the fan will run about 20 second and then stop. I need to turn off the fan , wait about 3 minutes and the fan will running again. I already changed the resistor but didn't fix. Do you have any suggestion? Thanks.

This is surely a setting in your iDrive. Go to climate controls and make sure for the drivers side you have blue bars instead of red.

I own a bmw x5 2004. I’ve replaced the condenser , compressor, radiator fan, condenser fan, and expansion valve and still don’t have COLD 🥶 air. The most it gets is “cool”. What am I missing?

hmmmmmm... my big radiator does say a HVAC open circuit to ground... meaning there is a shortcircuit on the big fan... and out of the sudden ... my AC stopped working not blowing air inside ... problem is ... that main big fan never worked or spinned but my AC was blowing air inside fine and dandy. Until winter came and then no warning stopped working. hmmmmm.... time for new car.

Freon is now banned all around the world. They use R134a refrigerant which is similar to freon, but it's not the same thing.
