SERIOUSLY??!!! WOW! NEW SUBSCRIBER here! Stumbled here accidentally while looking for REAL info on Carnivore. You are THE most LOGICAL, SENSIBLE 'Nutritionist' I have EVER heard... LITERALLY! Most nutritionists know very little about physiology & true nutrition. Thank you! I'll recommend your channel. =)

Cheers Autumn! Have been training while starting intermittent fasting again! Originally was doing 16-18hr fast and found it wasn't sustainable for my protein intake (surprise surprise when I watched your videos on what fast is best for you afterwards.....) Found 14-15hrs is so much easier for me to fit in meals while still having resultsits nice to see how my bloating has gone down, umm more regular and I have definitelly leaned out and gained definition and still building muscle...Thanks so much for your encouragement, enthusiasm and knowledge!

I just got your protein powder today. It's the chocolate. I made a smoothie with the protein powder, almond milk, and some old strawberries that I had frozen. It was like chocolate covered strawberries. Lol. I need help not snacking and I am hoping these protein shakes help. In fact I thought about drinking it twice a day and then having a small protein packed meal. Of course I will need to order more. What do you think

Is such an important thing I wish I Knew before, but anyway I glad to learn about it now. I know you talk a lot on your series abou MMC, but can you go deeper? How water affects MMC? and others dirks with stevia like tea? Is is better to have your water with foods? o in between? does a menta candy between meals affects your MMC? Cheers for your Chanel!! What also helps is to purchase and use a 'twilight bulb' that eliminates blue light. It's red. I make sure to sit for at least 30-60 minutes in my room with the 'twilight bulb'. Taking a magnesium supplement before bed, spraying magnesium oil on the bottoms of my feet and legs and sitting with a twilight bulb has helped tremendously with getting good sleep. I also have a sleep number bed and it lets me know in the morning how much time I was restless and restful. That is extremely helpful.

Hey good morning thanks for the tips …. So what do you think about dairy products for men over the age of 60 there are other health podcast I listen to, and they talk about not having dairy for men because it increases prostate size is that really true?… I asked this question because I’ve been doing the protein powder and the Greek yogurt since I’ve been watching your videos because I’m not a big eater and the only way I can get enough protein in the day is the add those two to my diet but I’m wondering if I need to change that but anyway thanks again great video

Hi autumn! Great info I do have a question about rice. I’m Indian and a lot of our foods consist of rice. Can I switch to quinoa? And only eat it once a day?
@AutumnBates

Hi! Quinoa can be a bit better than rice, but I would still “cut it” with other more nutrient dense options like cauliflower rice. For example, 50% cauliflower rice 50% quinoa

Counting calories is never necessary but eating fewer of them than you burn is. Fasting can be a great way to do that Study after study shows sugar carbs fat all don’t matter as long as protein and calories are equated.

I used to follow a keto diet until my weigth lose stall, then i began to read randomized control trials about low fat vs low carb diets, i reintroduced carbs and my performing in the gym began to increase and im still losing weight without eliminate so many good foods. Defentily prefer low fat high protein diet, keto is too restrictive for the same benefits, good tool but not for me.
