You know what’s rough, not knowing if weight is so to hypothyroidism/Hashimoto’s or because of menopause…takes a whole lot of time (and patience) to tick things off the list as a “this probably isn’t working” and moving on to something else

Oh yeah, you got that right! It's so frustrating because if you try something and it doesn't work or the side affects are too much for you to continue, then you got to wait for it to process out of your body. Then move on to another hack, herb or type of food in hopes of it working. I know I was getting so discouraged until I finally gave it to God. Now I'm trusting the Holy Spirit to guide me and trust me it's not easy but now I have a peace and joy through it all. God bless you on your journey. Prayers coming your way🤗

The tech time tip is one that I strictly enforce with my kiddos. My oldest and youngest seem to be more sensitive to it than my middle kiddo, so I’m extra strict with them, but still, no one needs to be staring at a screen and getting all that visual stimulation right before they need to shut down and go to sleep.

Thank you Autumn. This is very interesting. I would also recommend consulting your provider to see if there might be an imbalance in your labs. I saw an endocrinologist and they referred me to a sleep specialist and will be getting a sleep study scheduled soon.

I have a tip as well for increased energy throughout the day, apart from intermittent fasting which I love; I had read and heard this before, yet I hadn't tried it. Aim to have coffee not when you wake up but approximately one and half or two hours later. For instance, I usually wake up around eight in the morning, I'll get hydrated, yet I'll have my main source of caffeine which is coffee either at ten or twelve. If I feel the need for caffeine later, I'll have a can of stevia coke or drink black tea. Thanks Autumn :).

Hello Autumn, I find your videos very interesting. Can you create a sort of "how to intermittent fasting" for people like me who do work shifts? It' very hard to manage a proper nutrition when there's lack of sleep or when the circadian rythm is totally altered... Thank you very much

I'm in menopause and hot flashes wakes me up all nights long, every night - over three years now. So I'm sleeping only 3-4 hours every night, all together. 😢 I'm on ketovore diet and intermittement fasting almost 4 years now, and I'm exercising every day 30 minutes - but yes, my cortisol is high, obiveously, because poor sleep - and my belly is bigger then ever. 😞

It’s totally mineral rooted too I’ve been trained in tissue mineral analysis got look up hormones on sassy holistics website tons of information and liver work! Also an antidote to cortisol is oxytocin ( sorryf tmi but nipple stim or snuggling/massage you can walk or breathe off cortisol and consider ashwaghanda too

@@strawberryme08 I can't take ashwaganda, rodiola and nothing else because I'm taking drug for my hypotireoses. So my doctor told me I can't take any other and natural suplements because of contraindications with this drug. Sorry for my bad English, it isn't my domestic language.

Good tips. For me, I’ve been utilizing intermittent fasting, OMAD, modified keto (have to watch the fat due to a penchant for high cholesterol), dumped sugar entirely and I get plenty of deep sleep. I started this lifestyle 3 years ago. Still could not lose belly fat. Moved to my current location and began walking twice a day for an hour each time. My neighborhood was evidently established in the 1800s due to the age of some of the homes and built on a mountain. My walk is up and down EXTREME inclines. This has been the ONLY thing to make a difference for me. So we’re all different. If something doesn’t work for you, then try something else. Just don’t give up!

If I feel the urge to google somethibg (I think and wonder so many random thibgs when my heads hits the pillow) so I write it on my notepad. I completely agree with the one hour rule. Honestly now that we are watching tv less with dinner we are less likely to sit around and watch tv after dinner. Its a hard routine to change!

I could certainly improve the quality of my sleep. I recently broke through insomnia, which is fear of not sleeping. I guess cutting out a few more habits would make sleep better… one more final frontier to burning belly fat. 🤔❤️🇨🇦

Baby steps! Especially with sleep, it can take a little bit for us to rewire how we approach our nighttime routine. But it's a game changer once you have it down!❤️

This is the truth. I couldn't figure out why I couldn't lose weight even though I was doing everything right except sleeping enough I didn't believe it had a lot to do with losing weight. Once I started sleeping more I started losing weight. I am still overweight but am losing consistently because of sleeping more.

Thanx for the video! Question: I have fallen in love with keto coffee, I fast 16-8 (or 14-10) but I eat carbs. Have a big belly like 8-month pregnant. 1) Is it ok that I have both keto-coffeee AND carbs? 2) How do I know that I have belly fat and not SIBO? 🙄

What’s the trick to IF without a gallbladder? Once I start back eating food, it runs right through me. My doc says I have dumping syndrome but I don’t know how to fix it. Any suggestions?

Geez, Autumn! I PRIDE myself on eating a good mix of protein, fat and fiber at both of my two daily meals. No in between snacks and at least 4 hours between meals. I stick to a sixteen hour fast and maintain a feeding schedule. I walk each morning for about 1.5 miles and set a daily goal of 10k steps. I usually get between 5k to 7k. I'm on day 3 of trying your vanilla protein powder, and it finally dawned on me to LOOK at the nutritional label of the protein powder I've been buying from Costco (that shall not be named)😮. 20 grams of carbs😒 and although it lists 1 gram of sugar, it is considerably sweeter than your mix. I am disappointed in myself for not taking 5 minutes to read the label of that protein powder for the 2 plus years I have consumed it. I know better😞. Looking forward to my next order of your protein powder😊.

I’m trying to get enough sleep. I usually now I go out for an hour and half walk or more in the evening and that helps because it makes me tired lol

Add a fan. My kid sleeps with fan on and room is ice cold. I am wearing a sweater to sleep to be comfortable. Tech at night - leave electronic on charger away from arm reach. Walking 10-15 minutes before bedtime will help tired the body to better sleep. It can be done.

I have a food question. How to eat more veggies when I don't like them? I don't like cooked any way, hate the texture. I eat so much salads that I don't like them now. I can taste it in everything. What can I do? Please don't say roast them bc that is not helping
